From booking to checking in during our stay & even after our check out. This host was very attentive. The apartment itself looks better than the pictures. Very clean , and pretty felt right at home. The bed knocked me out really quick.😂 Although some other reviews say the shower is small it is large enough for you to do what you have to do. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The washer & dryer were also an added bonus. We most definitely will be booking here again. Thanks for having us.🙏🏾

Amanda was amazing I truly appreciate her quick response and attentiveness to everything during my stay with my family. The place was beautiful! I felt secured with the security at the gates they were literally top flight! It was my sister birthday and they decorated it for us I truly appreciate that! The best experience I have ever had at Airbnb! Fab place, super clean, nice, great location, quiet and safe neighbourhood and lovely neighbours. Everything was perfect. Lorraine was so sweet and always replied quickly! I highly recommend staying here. I stayed several places in Jamaica. This was by very far the best. I am so grateful I got to stay here.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is great, and my fiancé and I had no trouble at all. The property is well-secured, and we felt very safe throughout our visit. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, maintaining constant communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing through Montego Bay!

The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. There was a booklet with many recommendations for activities nearby for sunny or rainy days, which was very helpful. The room was spotless and very cozy. I will book here again when I visit the area.

Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jean's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with jean's was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property by mikey. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with sharkies restaurants and horseback riding. I spent my wonderful 6 days here. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and lovely place - every night I had a restful sleep. Constancea is such a kind, responsible, helpful host. We talked, laughed, and she invited me to her family dinner as well. My heart was full staying here. The rooftop view is so beautiful and I did my reading while enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the sunset. It’s absolutely worth booking a stay if you want to have a relaxing vacation.

I spent the holidays at Delisha's place and I most say my family and I really enjoyed our time there, It was a very short notice after our previous host canceled a few hours before our stay and I must say Delisha had save our holiday. Her response is a 10/10 her home is definitely a home away from home and it was our first time staying in that location and I must say I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Patrick’s home was beautiful!!! The pictures do no justice, neighbor hood was peaceful. Just everything about the home is perfect! I also asked Patrick for help with transportation he referred someone named Andrew. Andrew was the best, so helpful! I think he would’ve driven us all around Jamaica if we’d asked lol To top it all off I left behind my wedding ring and Patrick is willing to mail it back to me!! Thanks so much Patrick. I’ll definitely would stay at your home again.

This was by far the best air Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was clean and very comfortable, and I never felt more at home. The staff that serviced the property was extremely nice, always checking in to make sure that we ate and that we were good and if we needed anything. I would most definitely stay here again.

This is my home away from home while in Jamaica! Niva is so accommodating and sweet as pie! Plus this property has a wonderful view of the ocean! It’s nice to see ships coming and going! Friendly neighbors and the house is equipped with everything for your comfort! A++

It took me a little while to write this review because I’m still there in my mind. My experience at the villa was amazing. I was lucky to book the same day and the host was gracious enough to allow me an early check-in. Everything was so clean and well kept. She met me at the villa and was so friendly and provided clear instructions on how use everything and I felt right at home. The villa was large and comfortable for a large group even though it was just me. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

My stay was excellent at the very clean well equipped accommodation. Host communication great. Nice quiet, safe gated community with friendly neighbours. Would highly recommend staying at Ronnie's place.

Nice condo in a very nice resort. Beautiful pools and beach. Multiple food options. We did not get the all inclusive but were able to pay for the individual meals we took at the resort. Jerk chicken on the beach was my favorite. Convenient parking for our rental car. Gated so felt very secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as pictured in photos..the apartment felt like a home away from home..iam a person that has ocd so when I say this was perfect please believe me…come check it out for yourself and watch the beautiful sunset from the roof while in the jacuzzi… thank y’all for everything I be back real soon

We felt like returning to our home away from home.This was our 3 rd stay at Deserene apartment at Jewel Grande and we were not disappointed.The location is great as well as the unit itself. The staff has been friendly and welcoming each time.Deserene was a great host being available to us at all times, if needed.Highly recommend it, if you like to get to know Jamaica and its wonderful people and culture.

This home is beautiful, much better in person aswell the photos do not do this apartment any justice. The welcome drink and snacks are always a lovely suprise so we was happy to find these on arrival. Gabbi was amazing and the house keeper is an absolute darling. The security are very good and kept us feeling safe at all times. The pool areas is perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The condo itself was clean and peaceful. The hosts were so sweet. I liked the personal touch of greeting us and showing us around when we first arrived. Definitely would recommend staying at this condo when traveling to Jamaica.

Beautiful place, clean and peaceful. Serene was very helpful and always responsive. If you want to be away from the chaos and tourists area this is the perfect getaway. However, if and when you want to explore outside of the beautiful pool, private beach (7-10 min walk) and the two restaurants that are also 10 min walks, you will need a car or taxi. Otherwise it’s a great Airbnb and perfect for those who want privacy!

I was last minute in getting somewhere to book and had a hard time finding somewhere to accommodate the number of people in my party. I sent a message explaining that I had one over his maximum recommended, and he allowed me to do the booking. He was very responsive. My family and I had a great time and would definitely book again.
