Charlotte’s beautiful place was just the home away from home we needed for a trip back to Melbourne for a family wedding. Walking distance to Moonee Ponds station, Puckle street and numerous cute little back street cafes. Street parking was never an issue and the house had all the amenities we could have asked for travelling with a child- and then some. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Great location, near shops and the house was so beautiful. Only issue we had was we found it difficult to get hot water despite following the instructions left. It also gets a bit hot in the rear rooms in summer but nothing a few open windows cant fix. Thanks for allowing us to have a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Charter Farm house! The property was beautifully decorated, blending classic old-world charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the trampoline, while the men had a great time on the tennis court. A perfect retreat for families looking to relax and enjoy some outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at Sam ‘s place and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect , with stunning views of the surrounding area . The house was clean with all necessary amenities available. My kids really enjoyed courtyard . Our host Sam was very helpful and provided detail descriptions in advance about the check in process to make it easier for us . Also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Overall , we would highly recommend Sam house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay .

The Nissan was lovely. Everything we could want to make us feel comfortable, including a wi fi unit, two tennis rackets and balls and a drawer full of good books. The decor, furniture and and crockery was delightfully vintage. Our dog was happy too. When we had a problem with the router, Deborah responded immediately and a new one arrived next morning. We all want a shower as good as that, and running on tank water too. We had a great stay exploring Castlemaine and nearby towns.

Our stay here was great from the beginning to end. Kali was an excellent host; she was responsive to any questions we had and flexible with check in and check out options. We felt right at home in this beautiful space. The area is within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars. 10/10 stay!

This is an excellent house in a quiet street, close driving distance to shops. Pizza Hut does deliver there . House is very cute and has room for many . Clean and comfortable

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. You cannot go wrong al Alieh's lovely place, thank you

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

Very easy and friendly host to deal with, easy access to house. Plenty of room, magical views as described. Very comfortable beds and nice linen. There were nine in our group and we all felt the same. Thankyou Poloma, we will definitely be back!,

We had a great quiet relaxing weekend at Viv’s place, with enough to keep two kids under 10 busy. There is plenty of space to accommodate 8 people with ease. We gave the outdoor wood fire pizza oven a crack, great success now looking for our own!

Viv was amazing and very helpful. We organised a last minute vacay for the day and she had it all sorted for us the day before super appreciative. Home is gorgeous and the views peaceful, pool is way larger than pic and was definitely a highlight, parks and soccer goals next door kids were all entertained. Was a bit warm upstairs other than that place was excellent we will definitely be back

Stayed for 11 nights in this excellent, spacious, well equipped, duplex apartment in quiet landscaped block with pool. In great location, with tram stop just outside. A shout out to Kathryn - what a great host. Thoughtful (lights on in apartment to help late night arrival), generous (great welcome gifts including a Bluey book for our four year old grand-daughter) and accomodating (facilitating late check out to tie in with our flights to the UK). Thank you! Would recommend highly.

Howay exceeded all expectations. The property is truly exceptional, demonstrating meticulous upkeep both inside and out - and immaculate cleanliness. The amenities and activities such as the spa, sauna, outdoor pool, cinema and table tennis provide an unparalleled entertainment experience. I didnt get a chance to get to the board games and a 2 night stay is just not enough, the place is too fun!! I loved the interior design, bedrooms, beddings and intricate furnishings. I didnt realise it was so secluded in terms of location and so the woodlands may have contributed to internet connectivity issues on tv and cinema room but Donna's exemplary hospitality and responsiveness ensured a seamless stay. I was very impressed with her personal touches. Birthday basket and decorations were very appreciated. Overall an undeniable premier home for entertaining. Its inherent beauty inspires a sense of care are ownership. I left with a strong desire to return. Thank you 🙂

Melissa was an excellent host, making our first trip to Melbourne a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay here, particularly the convenient location for trams and cafes. The unit was exceptionally clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a pet, our puppy felt right at home.

4 of us (2 couples) stayed for 3 very pleasant nights. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful and most of the area's attractions are within a 30 minute drive. Indeed the Mt Macedon pub (good pub meals), plant nursery and news agent are 4 minutes walk away. The accommodation has standout features: the kitchen and equipment, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine etc.; the large dining table and comfortable chairs; the very efficient wood burner. There is plenty of room for 2 couples; the 2 bathrooms were appreciated and the bedrooms are spacious. The beds were not uncomfortable but a little on the firm side for oldies like us! The garden is large with many beautiful trees and plants and a large deck, pizza oven and BBQ. It is good value for the area when 2 couples share the cost and I recommend it highly.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Thanks Sharon, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely drive to nearby Clunes where we were attending the Clunes Booktown Festival. Great surroundings, quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean and everything we expected. The bathroom was unbelievable so spacious. The kitchenette had all on needs, very workable. The beds comfy and warm.
