Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Self check-in was very helpful for us and Lorenzo sent us all details. Everything was fine. Thank you!

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Amalia e suo marito sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolti in modo cordiale ed amichevole, rendendosi disponibili per ogni necessità. Sono molto attenti ai particolari e hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

El lugar es ASOMBROSO! Lo amamos con locura, es tranquilo, es callado, lo más ideal para pasar unos ideas relax. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra, pero Bruno, el host del lugar es lo más top de la experiencia sin duda, es un hombre muy amable y muy servicial, siempre pendiente, te hace sentir como parte de su familia. Desayunamos croissants y capuchino con una vista asombrosa y con un amiguito que nos visitó 🐈‍⬛. Definitivamente necesitas un coche para llegar, eso sí, pero está muy cerca de San Gimignano. Es un lugar inolvidable, y Paolo, el dueño es súper amable y nos dio mil recomendaciones sobre que hacer en nuestros días ahí. Gracias a ambos por todo!!! De verdad, de los mejores lugares en los que me he quedado en todo el mundo, la vista vale cada euro. ¡Esperamos con ansias volver algún día!

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

casa molto bella e pulita con due bagni entrambi con le docce che in 7 sono state molto utili. piatti e bicchieri disponibili ci ha fatto trovare anche delle cialde per il caffè. Consigli anche per trovare ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni. Casa a 10 minuti dal centro

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nella casa di Stefano e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è pulitissimo e ben organizzato, non manca nulla, c' è tutto quello che serve per vivere al meglio il soggiorno, compreso un piccolo giardino ben attrezzato e le biciclette con cui spostarsi nei dintorni. Stefano è stato molto presente e sua mamma gentilissima e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Mario’s place was clean, comfortable and safe. Exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom was super comfortable with lots of clothes storage. Building very secure and close to bus and tram stops. Easy walk into Florence city center. We stayed a month and loved this place, very responsive hosts even when we locked ourselves out. Hosts were so kind and hospitable. One of our best Airbnb stays.

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Such an awesome place to stay in the heart of Florence! It was like sleeping in our very own museum, and the bed was sooo comfy. Book it!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Appartamento incredibilmente moderno e curato, luminoso e tecnologico. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Silenzioso e abbastanza vicino al centro città (15 minuti a piedi circa). Consigliato!
