Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Three years after my first stay at Raffaella’s, we came back — and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. The apartment is a true gem. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and Raffaella’s hospitality is exceptional. She makes you feel right at home and serves a delicious homemade breakfast every morning on her beautiful terrace downstairs. I will definitely be returning for a third visit — and I’m already looking forward to it.

Sonia made me feel very welcome. The flat is very nice, very clean and very well equipped. The location is fantastic. It is very quiet, but the city centre of Florence is only 20 minutes away by car. Sonia was very helpful and always available. There was a welcome basket with biscuits and a small basic supply in the fridge and for the coffee machine. It was perfect, 100% recommended.

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Anna is very friendly and very experienced host. She gave us important tips to walk around Florence. The apartment is located in a very nice and secure neighborhood. The apartment has everything that you will need to spend your vacation days in this beautiful and full of history city. Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Claudio ist ein super Gastgeber!! Sein Frühstück hat bisher alles übertroffen, es gibt sowohl süße, als auch herzhafte Tapas, die er selbst liebevoll in der Küche zubereitet und die ausgezeichnet schmecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für einen Tripp nach Florenz und um abends etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen abseits von der überfüllten Stadt. Das dorfeigene Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Gegend eignet sich auch für einen schönen Abendspaziergang. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

Absolutely stunning accomodation in traditional Tuscan style villa. Surrounded by beautiful Cyprus trees and a lovely natural pool to swim in. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here for a local Tuscan experience.
