L’alloggio di Chiara corrisponde alla descrizione. È pulito ed in una ottima posizione, molto vicina alla fermata del tram che porta in pochi minuti alla stazione dei treni e quindi al centro città. Appartamento in un contesto di recente costruzione e tranquillo. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione dell’appartamento. Chiara è una host molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con lei è ottima e fornisce consigli molto utili sia per quanto riguarda i ristoranti che le attività da fare. Consigliata!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con altre mie 8 amiche presso l'appartamento di Dani, per una notte. L'appartamento è in una posizione veramente comodissima per visitare Firenze a Piedi (si trovano diversi locali per i pasti e parcheggi a pochi minuti da casa)! La descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio sono molto precise e corrispondono alla realtà dell'alloggio. Dani si è dimostrata fin da subito cordiale, disponibile e reattiva nei tempi di risposta. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene e se dovessimo ricapita a Firenze avremmo piacere di soggiornare di nuovo da lei!

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

We had a wonderful time in Florence and the apartment was a great location within easy 15 minutes walk of the main sites. The accommodation was spacious clean and a truly traditional Italian experience with high ceilings marble floors and tall shuttered windows. Beds were comfortable and no street noise at night. The kitchen was very well equiped and we had everything needed to cook meals in the evenings. we enjoyed the bottle of Chianti. thank you!!! Federico was a perfect host with great suggestions for museums, sites and food. We recommend l'ritrovino de servi for amazing lunchtime food near the Duomo and we enjoyed Trattoria Baldini for an evening meal. great welcome at both of these. Thank you Federico for a perfect stay. We hope to return!

Ich war für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft und habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Am liebsten mochte ich den Innenhof. Das Appartement wirkt etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern, so dass ich beim Reinkommen zuerst etwas enttäuscht war. Nachdem ich dann aber die Gardinen geöffnet hatte, war alles gut! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Das einzige, das ich etwas vermisste, war eine Spülmaschine. :-) Der Kontakt mit Rosi war sehr gut, zuverlässig, sympathisch und bei Fragen antwortete sie schnell.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

I can't say enough good things about our host, Agnese! She, unfortunately, had an unforeseen issue with the place we rented, but she went above and beyond making sure that one of her other rentals was available to my husband and daughter for their stay. She, and her family, are extremely hospitable and made my family feel very welcome! I highly recommend her as a host and would be delighted to book with her again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

Logement bien équipé pour le confort des voyageurs, propre et facile d'accès.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en el apartamento de Giada, quien es una gran anfitriona, nos recibió y brindó todas las orientaciones. El apartamento en persona es más hermoso de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos, es amplio, cómodo, súper bien ubicado muy cerca a la estación resistenzia, que a su vez está muy cerca de la estación a donde llegan los buses de otras ciudades que es Villa Constanza y a 20 min de la estación que conecta con el tren que es la misma para ir al centro de Florencia a ver toda la parte cultural que es Santa María, incluso fue muy fácil para salir en tranvía al aeropuerto de Florencia. Giada respondió rápidamente y nos ayudó a orientarnos, fuimos a probar un delicioso bisteck Florentino muy cerca del apto de Giada, la verdad fue una semana increíble. Fuimos muy felices y esperamos volver. 🫶🏾🙂

Logement idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de la Toscane. La petite terrasse très agréable pour des apéritifs le soir quand comme nous , on a le bonheur d'avoir beau temps en Mars. Grâce aux conseils de Filippo, nous avons évité des erreurs de circulation ( comme prendre le train pour Pise alors que grâce aux conseils de Filippo nous y sommes allés en voiture et trouvé un parking (un peu cher mais tellement pratique) a proximité de la tour et des monuments ( 6mn a pieds) . Pareil pour la gare pour Florence a moins de 20 minutes de l'appartement. Plus quelques belles surprises en matière de restauration ( un peu cher pour certains) mais un rapport qualité - prix très intéressant pour cette zone touristique. Petite note drôle pour les varois Gambassi Terme est jumelée avec la Croix Valmer. Logement super , nous le recommandons sans problème.

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Casa in una posizione strategica, molto vicina alla stazione. I monumenti principali sono raggiungibili facilmente e comodamente a piedi, in ogni caso ce il tram molto vicino. Essendo vicina alla stazione per la sera è un po’ meno comodo prendere mezzi o muoversi a piedi ma il tratto è percorribile con il taxi a basso prezzo. La casa si presenta come nelle foto: molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort sembra di stare nella propria casa. L’host è ottimo, amichevole, dispobile e offre un ottima comunicazione. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, vivamente consigliato

Ich bin seit 2016 relativ häufiger Airbnb-Kunde (besonders oft in Italien, in Apartments und Villen) und kann es hier im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften relativ kurz halten: Der Aufenthalt war vom Buchungsprozess an perfekt. Der anfängliche Austausch mit meinem in Australien lebenden Journalistenkollegen Will war stets schnell und freundlich, der Kontakt mit seinen lokalen Repräsentant/-innen Angelo und Sara war ebenfalls angenehm und sehr effizient. Das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung, und jedes Lob in vorherigen Bewertungen kann ich unterstreichen. Die Grundausstattung ist großzügig, vom Kaffeepulver bis zum Waschmaschinen-Tab. Auch der Ordner mit Wills ausführlichen Tipps dürfte für Perugia-Einsteiger/-innen sehr hilfreich sein. Der Blick aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auf die Altstadt ist spektakulär und war einer der Gründe, warum ich Wills Apartment einer Airbnb-Unterkunft in derselben Gegend in Perugia vorgezogen habe, in der ich im Vorjahr wohnte.
