Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

Stefano’s apartment is, simply, the best location in Florence. Literally, within steps of everything. Stefano is an outstanding host. He communicates proactively and takes care of everything. He also has a great team supporting him, so if there is a problem anywhere, it gets taken care of fast. My wife and I stayed in Stefano’s apartment for the months of February and March and could not have been more comfortable or been better taken care of. The apartment is on the top (4th) floor with great views, so the elevator is a welcome amenity. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were great and the living room was spacious. I highly recommend Stefano’s apartment to anyone who wants to have an easy and convenient stay in Florence.

Рекомендую этих хозяев и квартиру от всей души. Удобное расположение: недалеко от вокзала. Рядком автобусная остановка. Сама квартира удобная, тихая, тёплая. Всё, что может понадобиться, на кухне есть. Телевизор отлично работает, интернет моментальный. В общем недостатков нет. Но главное - прекрасные хозяева, гостеприимные и всегда готовые помочь. Особенно прекрасно было получить сладости от них после долгой дороги. Спасибо Терезе и Франческе!

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

the appartement with the beautiful Garden was really pretty. my little son enjoyed every corner of that beautiful Garden. I also appreciate the sens of communication of Pamela, she was very friendly.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

Daniele’s place was amazing and exactly as described. My family (2 adults & 7yr old) picked his location because we wanted to relax at the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. I can’t say enough good things about his place: beautiful & relaxing views (one living room wall is entirely glass facing a luscious green landscape), comfortable furniture, lots of outdoor garden sitting spaces to enjoy, all the basic necessities including a washing machine and dish washer with soap/detergent provided, very clean, comfortable linens, hosts/cohosts were responsive and lovely people who answered all our questions and offered recommendations. My daughter enjoyed exploring the gardens. The hosts set up a comfy cot for her in the study but we moved the mattress to the bedroom floor next to us. We made simple dinners and heated up food in the oven. One day we ordered pizza delivered to us. We had a car but don’t recommend driving inside Perugia. There’s a bus stop nearby that only charges 2 Euros.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

What can I say. This was a great Air BNB for our first stay in Rome. It is literally 50 feet from the Trevi Fountain. We could hear the crowd yelling each night at times .....BUT that just meant that someone had just gotten engaged. I didn't mind. It was nice to be right there to see the fountain at day and night and if you wanted solo picture opps you could definitely have to fountain to yourself in the wee hours of the a.m. The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us get our luggage in. They ere also very responsible to anything we had questions on. The host was also gracious enough to let us leave out luggage there until 7:30 p.m. We had booked an early a.m. tour and out didn't get back until 7:30 at night. Great place and highly recommend if you like to be in the middle of everything!!!

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

Out of this world recommendations for local eateries; especially the pizza restaurant. We felt we avoided tourist traps and had a more overall authentic experience. Location and space felt tucked into the history of Florence. Highly recommended. Not having to meet the host at a specific time for check-in was helpful for flexibility driving in. The stairs going in were charming and part of the feeling of the building round the corner from the Duomo. Perfect fun adventures, Thank you!

a estadia na casa de Giulio e Veronica foi maravilhosa. Bem localizada, da para ir a pé a todos os pontos turísticos, tem um restaurante bem charmoso na frente, é uma casa numa vila, pequena escada para ter acesso a casa. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiros muito espaçosos e com chuveiro de qualidade. além disso, há uma lavanderia do condomínio no subsolo que nos foi muito útil. Espero me hospedar novamente aqui quando voltar em Florença :)

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!
