Comfortable apartment in Palermo within walking distance of lots of things. The patio upstairs was a really nice bonus and I enjoyed the charm of the place.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay to access the Palermo area, lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen!

La casa es divina!!! muy grande y cómoda, ambientes espaciosos, patio y pileta muy grandes, todo en general excelente y muy cómodo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Disfrutamos la casa, el patio y la pileta en familia y pasamos unos días hermosos. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción y agradezco a Federico y su esposa por su calidez, amabilidad y predisposición. Realmente es una casa divina y nos encantó alojarnos ahí con mi familia. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. Voy a recomendar este alojamiento y si tengo oportunidad voy a volver.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location is great with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The facilities in the building are amazing! The apartment is a good size and has most of what's needed for a good stay. A few nitpicks: - It was frustrating to cook because it wasn't possible to use the oven and the hob at the same time. Not enough plug sockets. - The shower floods easily as the water didn't drain fast enough. It also seems like the shower door opens the wrong way and catches on the shower head. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Thanks again Ignacio and Marcelo! I had a great time in BA and the accommodation really helped! Super good location, with lots of awesome bars and restaurants nearby. Hosts super responsive and always helped with all my questions and requests.

Está en una linda calle con lugares lindos para comer muy cerca, tambien automercados. el departamento muy cómodo, super limpio y con toallas y sábanas de muy buena calidad. es perfecto para un viaje familiar para 4 personas.

Very cool indoor/outdoor space in a convenient location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's easy to hop on a bus to go to other neighborhoods. Fran was a very welcoming and helpful host--he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to get to know him. The house is a great place to relax--especially on the roof where you can get some sun, nap in the breezy shade, and the mosquitos can't find you.

hermoso edificio, imperdible la zona de terraza, todo muy limpio. Tanto el conserje como la anfitriona muy amables y pendientes. muy recomendable
