Trezzano Rosa : locations de maisons de vacances

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida villetta con la mia famiglia e una copia di amici anche loro con bimbo. E’stato magnifico.. casa impeccabile da ogni punto di vista, pulizia, ordine, servizi forniti, arredamento… posizione perfetta per attività di famiglia, ristoranti e paesaggi mozzafiato. E cosa dire di Mattia? Veramente un ottimo Host, il migliore che abbia trovato, attento, premuroso, disponibile!! Grazie davvero!

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

Tutto ok, perfetto. Consiglio questo alloggio per qualsiasi persona, mi sono trovato benissimo. Comodo per chi ha anche la macchina per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni e parcheggiarla al sicuro! Piscina splendida, tutto molto attrezzato. Vista con la collina wow, cavalli e altri bellissimi animali nei dintorni ma che non danno fastidio. Ci ritorno appena hanno qualche giorno libero 100% o appena si libera 😊

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Federico villa is a unique place to spend time in. From XXVII century building hides a unique charm inside with unpredictable huge functionality. I have traveled there with my family and friends and we had the best time of our lives. The airbnb is well located for car, but all of my 12 guests arrived by trains or buses and it worked great too. Its great place to go for a day trip to Bergamo, Como Lake or Milan. Nevertheless, the villa and surrounding is breathtaking enough, to stay in the villa and enjoy it rather than sightsee anything. It was a blast for me and my friends and family and the day we left, we started to dream of coming back to beautiful Federico villa. Its well equipped and Federico is in touch but not intrusive to support with anything. We hope to come back one day. Thank you Federico with sharing your unique place with us!

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

The house is spacious, very modern and equipped with everything necessary, wifi is also very good. Bed was very comfy and we even had a few pillows to choose from which was great! The owner Anna is extremely friendly and cared a lot about our good experience. There are many hiking routes in the area and several restaurants to choose from. We can fully recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We loved our stay at Lake View and definitely recommend it! Thank you Stefano for hosting us. Joanna

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Fantastic place to stay to explore both Bellagio specifically and Lake Como in general. Easy access to the ferry services to explore other areas of the lake with Bellagio's lovely cobbled streets, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is a relaxing, cosy and private space. Loved it!

Logement récemment rénové avec des matériaux de qualité (parquets, poutres apparentes, velux électriques, double vitrage très efficace, portes sécurisées), bien situé par rapport au lac ou à la gare, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable et même un grand garage facile d'accès pour une voiture ou plusieurs motos ; plus une terrasse à l'est, avec vue sur les montagnes, idéale pour le petit déjeuner. Greta a été toujours très réactive et cordiale dans les échanges ; arrivée très pratique avec une boîte à clés facile à trouver. Une adresse à recommander !

L'appartamento in realtà è una intera casa a due piani situata nel cortile di un condominio nel centro di Milano, molto tranquilla con la sua zona esterna privata chiusa. La posizione è ottima, si può raggiungere a piedi il Duomo in 15 minuti. La casa ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Grazie a Ginevra per l'istruzioni utili e chiari.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Sehr schöne, wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht! Ludovica ist eine super hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr immer total freundlich, schnell und klar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Superbe petite maison avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits, idéal pour visiter Menaggio et Bellaggio. La maison est très bien équipé et Alessandro est très réactif et disponible. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
