Felt right at home! Close to many stores/ restaurants, it was a very clean home, had just about everything I needed to cook a meal and wash sports uniforms as well as shower amenities! It was above and beyond like our comfort mattered to our host! Neighbors were very nice and welcoming the neighborhood kids stopped by to say Hi! 5starz especially bc it was the first Airbnb to EVER ALLOW a cookout and welcomes pets! Thank you for giving us a wonderful 5Star experience for my little family and I we strongly recommend staying at the Highland House!

We loved staying here! The house was extremely clean and organized. They also had it very well stocked with all of the things that you could need. We loved the location too, it was a very quiet area.

This is a fantastic property. We felt right at home and had all the items needed to stay comfortably. It felt more spacious than the pictures made it look. The garage is located at the back of the property, which was tricky to find the first time. But once we found it, it was not difficult to navigate to it. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone visiting the Tricities.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hector!

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

Great place to stay, with easy access to everything in the Tri Cities. The noise from the main home was certainly louder than expected with kiddos running and jumping, but earplugs are provided which is nice.

Really enjoyed my stay, very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice place to relax if your coming to the area. Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay with an incredibly kind host. We booked this stay for a weekend winery trip. Great location for easy access to Red Mountain AVA wineries. It was such a convenient location that my wife and I were able to ride our bikes between several wineries and to dinner. Dee and her husband were extremely kind and helpful. We didn’t have a lot of questions but when we did they were always quick to reply and went out of their way to help us. You can tell Dee put a lot of thought into even the smallest details to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be booking another stay with them in the future.

Super cute little place. Nice safe neighborhood also super quiet and peaceful. Ted was so helpful and accommodating. He responded very quickly anytime I messaged him. The place itself was super clean and tidy had everything you could possibly need. The recliners in the living room were very comfortable. And Ted was there to greet us with a smile when we arrived. Would most definitely stay again. 10/10 in my book:)

This was a great place to stay! Centrally located, easy to find, comfortable beds, extra bedding, wonderful cozy blankets, and fluffy towels. The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans needed, but went an extra step with storage containers for leftovers. Nathan was incredibly responsive, even when the issue was our fault! We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights in the master bedroom, and he sent someone over immediately to show us the dimmer switch. (I can’t believe we missed that!) The beds easily sleep 3 couples and the futon couches would sleep another 2 comfortably and 4 snuggly. Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this location and these hosts!

Hospitable hosts! This is an excellent place to rest and recharge after traveling. Location is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

A very good value. I had a comfortable stay in Yolanda‘s apartment. This area conveniently located near grocery stores and the Hapo center. I’ll stay here stand again next time I’m in town for business.

Beautiful, layout is different than what I was expecting, but truly loved the quality of this home. Views are amazing.

My 92 year old Grandmother, myself and my two Aunts stayed at Shauna's place. This was SO much better for all of us instead of a hotel as we were able to relax comfortably in the cozy living room instead of having to hang out in the lobby or sit on a bed! The home was clean, comfortable and VERY spacious! We had an issue with the heat our first night and Shauna was incredibly helpful and responsive - even at the late hour we contacted her. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anybody in the Richland area.

I have stayed here 3-4 times and have always enjoyed my stay. I bring my dog and she loves the back yard, the kitchen is wonderful, the area is quiet…..the only drawback is the upstairs little pitter patter of feet back and forth during the night…….but I had my grandkids over and their noise made up for it!! Johnny has always been gracious and it’s an awesome place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large, and we were very comfortable staying here. We appreciated the coffee and other amenities which made our quick trip even better! This place was very clean! It felt like we were the first guests to stay here. Shauna is a fantastic host and gave us great local recommendations for places to eat. We would stay here again!
