Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem war man zum Leben braucht. Der Ort Sukošan ist klein aber hat genug Einkaufsläden, Bäcker und kleine Restaurants, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Der Strand ist sehr schön aber Badeschuhe sind empfohlen, da es ein Natursteinstrand ist

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ante war ein super Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war äußerst Sauber und Ordentlich. Wir wurden mit einer Platte Aufschnitt und und selbstgemachten Schnaps empfangen. Außerdem gab er uns gleich Tipps was wir in der Nähe unternehmen können. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die Private Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn. Wir können Ante und die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Vi var to familier som ferierte i Ivicas leilighetskompleks og vi hadde det veldig bra! Rene fine leiligheter, deilig basseng og gangavstand til nydelig strand. Noe bratte bakker på vei til stranda, men det var ikke noe problem for oss. Veldig kjekt at det lå en liten dagligvarebutikk rett nedenfor leiligheten! Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet!

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

Marina est une hôte adorable qui nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a donné toutes les indications que ce soit sur le logement ou pour accéder à la ville. Elle nous avait même laissé, dans la cuisine, des mandarines de son jardin. Une gentille attention. Son appartement était très propre, spacieux qui offrait une très jolie vue sur la ville et le port. La cuisine était équipée d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un micro onde, très appréciable pour réchauffer pizza ou autres. Il y avait même un lave linge (penser à prendre une dosette de lessive) Place de parking juste devant la maison. Ville magnifique. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôte et ce logement.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even surprising us with a delicious welcome cake. They shared plenty of useful tips for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, and I especially loved enjoying breakfast in the lush green garden. The bed was extremely comfortable, and parking was convenient. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance to Trogir and nearby bakeries and restaurants. There’s also a lot to discover on the peninsula, and the nearby islands make for great day trips. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

absolutely fabulous place!! jacuzzi and pool were both really warm and beautiful lit up. Extremely well equipped place! pool table, table tennis, bikes, table football etc. Very spacious also plus the host could not have been any more helpful.

This was my groups first time visiting the Split area, and we are so grateful to have stayed in Kastela Novi and at this AirBbB! Alec was very responsive to questions ahead of the stay, and Petra was readily available if needed. The location is very close to the airport which is extremely convenient after a long travel day or if leaving very early. Planes do fly ahead but, honestly, you barely notice it. Villa is just as it’s pictured, rooms are comfy and AC was so great given how hot it was. Pool was also fabulous (don’t forget the bug spray!). Most importantly the neighborhood is absolutely charming. We were very grateful to stay here versus in Split proper.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Can’t say enough positive things about this house. It was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location could not be beat. It was close enough (about a 25 minute walk) to Trogir that you could easily be near food and shops, but not the packed crowds of Split. We loved the beach across the street, but make sure to bring water shoes because the beach is rocky. We used the paddle board Kaja provided in the sea and had an amazing time in the pool as well. There were three turtles living on the property that my daughter loved. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot summer. I can’t think of anything I would change to improve the place. Well worth the money!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es war perfekt für eine große Gruppe und das Haus und die Gegend war sehr schön. Antonio und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommend und gegeben gute Reisetipps. Bei Fragen waren beide immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Rino är en mycket bra värd, som svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Vi fick flexibla in och utcheckning tider som stämde med våra flyg. Kompisgäng som hyrde huset, vi är alla nöjda. 2 separata rum med egna bad o pentry. poolen blev vår samlingsplats. Huset ligger en bit upp från stranden men en trappa ner till beachen gjorde att det kändes närmare. Är dock ca 100 steg. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende mvh Anders

Tolles Haus und für den Preis Mega gut. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat und war gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt etwas weit vom Meer (ungefähr 20min mit dem Auto) hat aber einen großen Pool. Gerade der Außenbereich mit der großen Terasse und einem großen Garten mit Schaukeln, Trampolin und Tischtennis war toll. Ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass wir eigentlich nie vom Haus wegmussten außer zum einkaufen, weil es im Ort selber nur einen kleinen Laden gibt, der selten geöffnet hat und nur das aller nötigste anbietet. Trotzdem konnten wir uns dort richtig gut entspannen. Es gibt viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung, falls man mal etwas unternehmen möchte. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft und wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Wir waren 9 Personen und konnten das Haus wirklich ausnutzen. Wir wurden herzlicht empfangen und konnten eine Fleischplatte sowie eine süße Nachspeise vorfinden. Die Badezimmer waren sauber und alles war aufgeräumt. Zum Essen hat der Gasherd super funktioniert und man konnte sich entscheiden ob man drinnen oder draußen isst. Im Spieleraum konnte man das Billiard spielen oder den Wuzzler verwenden. Auch einige Spiele waren bereits im Kasten. Falls man Fernsehen wollte gab es ebenfalls 2 große Fernseher. Am Abend dann nochmal ins Whirlpool und Feuer bei der Feuerstelle machen und der Abend war perfekt. Zum Einkauf kommt man schnell mit dem Auto zu dem nächsten Supermarkt. Im großen und ganzen eine tolle Villa die sauber ist, mit einem super Gastgeber. Gerne wieder besonders bei diesem fairen Preis! Danke!
