This location was one of our all-time favorites! This home backs up to the lake, has a wonderful back yard that is easy to navigate and is under an amazing canopy of mature trees, as well as a boat dock for warm weather fun (we were here during Christmas). Our children enjoyed the swing, and playing in the spacious back-yard. The home was everything they said it would be, and Kings Rentals was a spectacular host! We want to come back to this location for some summer fun!

We felt welcomed and "hosted" throughout our marvelous three-night stay. Shari went out of her way to provide a wonderful home for our family as we gathered from multiple states. The accommodations exceeded expectations. She intuitively provided items in the home that even we (experienced guests) didn't anticipate. Everything about our time at Dock Holiday was a step above. Communication could not have been better. Everything was perfectly in order for a tremendous time away from the busyness of Nashville. Our many thanks for this special location, special home, and special time!

Great lake house to stay at with the family! We had a lot of fun and plenty of space for 5 kids and 6 adults. Really enjoyed being right on the water and close to Land Between the Lakes.

We really enjoyed the house! Enough space to accommodate our whole family and not feel like you are on top of each other. Could have privacy if you wanted it. Well stocked kitchen, office for my son-in-laws to do a little work. Loved the amenities: ping pong table, corn hole, arcade and shuffleboard. Our entire family loved Kayaking and it was a highlight for us! The views and sunsets are spectacular.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is beautiful, spacious for 6 adults and 5 children and the most well equipped and comfortable home we have stayed in. The view is amazing. The yard and space around the home made you feel like you were all alone. Not too close to neighbors. The dock was perfect for our pontoon, tying off floats and lily pad and very safe for us and the kids to play and fish. Easy access to a slip right across the cove. Beautiful, quiet, relaxing. This is the 2nd time we stayed in Ruth's Airbnb house. We were very pleased with the house and property. There were 7 of us and the sleeping arrangements was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We ate out one night at a local restaurant and cooked steaks on the gas grill the next night. She has an outdoor lp firepit that looked brand new. The weather was perfect. I walked down to the lake and saw a white pelican. In the front yard we saw several deer. We even played cornhole from her game collections in the garage.

We really enjoyed the pool table and arcade. The patio had a beautiful view of the lake and a gorgeous sunset. There was plenty of space for the nine of us to gather around or have privacy if we chose to be alone. I would recommend bringing plug in nightlights because several of the bedrooms did not have side tables or lamps.

we loved the place and where is was at. It was very beautiful we differently will visit again soon, thanks so much for a wonderful vacation and peaceful to get away from home and just to able to relax is was amazing.
