What an experience me and my family had at Robert’s place!!!. The location right on the river felt like we were on the set of a movie. The sound of the river behind us while we ate dinner, Grilled steaks, and hung out at the fire pit was just what we needed. Robert was not only an exceptional host, but he was an amazing fishing guide!! Me and my father in law caught some amazing fish including a pretty nice sized steel head. All in all a great and wonderful place to stay.

We loved staying in this beautiful region. It's close to the swimming hole, river and lake. Be had a great view of the mountains from the spacious and comfortable back deck. Since we have small children, it was nice to have access to laundry, bath tub, and a collection of kids DVD movies. The internet is Hughes, not Starlink, so the speeds may not be ideal if you need to telecommute or stream Netflix. Also, the peak heat season may be a bit less comfortable because there is no air conditioning. Overall, the house is spacious, well card for, and the host is kind.

Lisa and MaryAnn were great. The place was Awesome. Best sleep ever listening to the river outside. I would stay here again.

The Retro River Retreat home is a secure, well maintained, uniquely decorated home. This beautiful property sits directly on a very fishable section of the Trinity River. The setting is serene and quiet. We were impressed by the WIFI/internet signal strength, having more than just one TV was great and the King adjustable bed was just what the doctor ordered.

We loved Michelle's place! It was perfect for our family. All the thoughtful touches were an incredible addition to our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Michelle.

We had a wonderful, serene weekend at this special oasis perched above the Trinity River. Grateful for an opportunity to unplug. Beautiful views of the snowcapped mountain, and lots of blue jays perched on the oaks, madrones, and manzanitas outside. A short walk down the community road to walk the banks of the river. Safe neighborhood, quiet, clean. Had everything we needed. The hosts came early to turn on the electric woodstove so it would be cozy on our arrival during winter. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The views were magical. We were blessed to get snow while there and that was a treat to wake up to. The home was beautiful and the bed was cozy. We would definitely stay again.

Once again, Patty's Place did not disappoint! Wonderful weekend stay with the family in a beautiful location and extremely well kept house. Everything you need is there! Patty is a fabulous communicator! 10/10!!!

There aren’t a lot of reasonably-priced places to stay in the area, and this facility met all my expectations and then some. This RV campground is great for kids - it has a pool, game room with a couple of arcade games (bring quarters), mini golf and I think a frisbee course. We didn’t stay long enough to use them, but my kids would have been thrilled to have a day just to play. The cabin itself was just as advertised, clean and fine for 3-4 people. The kitchen had a microwave and mini fridge, but no stove. That was fine, since I just used our camp stove outside on the picnic table. Downsides - 5$ a load for the washing machine, and it only took quarters. A change machine would be nice for when the office is closed. There were two massive generators on wheels running on the property, so I suspect something was wrong with the electrical service. I was appreciative of the electricity, but they were LOUD! Otherwise, I enjoyed our stay, and would come here again.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I have been to. The sights around the cabin are amazing, even when it is raining and foggy. The cabin is kept very well stocked. The beds are super comfortable. And the heating system is phenomenal. It has everything you need whether you just want to stay a night or if you want to stay longer. Tim is also very responsive. And they are willing to help out however they can if you need anything. We might actually come back next year for Valentines or at another time of the year just to do a hiking trip.

Great place in a beautiful area. Drew was a very responsive host and helped us out to get to the location. It wasn’t the easiest place to get to as google maps has you trying to take off roads but if you take the main road it’s a breeze.

The cabin is located in a remote setting, nestled in the woods. It was comfortable and cozy with a beautiful wood burning fireplace. The host and caretaker was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Amazing place! Serene and beautiful, it's a cabin straight from a fairy tale. If you want to just disconnect from the world but still have all the comforts - this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again.
