We had a lovely stay at Petri's and Marja's! The house was clean and cozy, Marja an amazing host and she even made breakfast for us. The location is peaceful and close to the skiing center and tracks. I highly recommend to stay here!

What an authentic and welcoming stay I had at Roy’s! A warm and clean house, a confortable room, a delicious breakfast and most importantly the kindest host! On top of that, the surroundings are incredible. I highly recommend !!

Sissel’s a friendly, kind-hearted, helpful and generous host. She gave us a lot of support during our stay in Tromsø. She helped us to explore the city and with her help, we were able to witness the beautiful aurora. We also hiked in the mountains, that was amazing to walk on the snow path. Her house is sooooo clean and I like the decorations very much. She’s got a lovely cat called Lion which is also friendly and lovely. Please choose her house in Tromsø, you’ll be deeply moved by her nice house and never regret.

Anna svarte fort på alle spørsmål før ankomst angående reisen til Vadsø. Hun var veldig hyggelig og hadde gode tipps for både byen og omgivelsen. Huset var rent og ryddig, rommet var som beskrevet. Jeg følte meg straks hjemme. Hun tok meg til og med med for en liten handletur til sentrum.

This is sort of an unique place. If you are looking for a quiet little cabin in the wood in order to reconnect this is the right choice. Certain aspects are a bit strange, but this is due to location and so on. Great experience and the hot tub during the night with the snow...it is totally worth it!

I had a wonderful stay at Rafi's place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and as described. The location was nice for walks and activities around the lake. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

By renting the little cabin, Marianne and George open the door to their little paradise. In their place you will feel love, real nature and one of the most beautiful landscape ever, even the drive to and from Tromso is breathtaking. For people seeking a true experience in nature this is the perfect place. The cabin is remote, a step back in time, no mod cons and this is it’s beauty. A cosy, warm little haven in the beautiful wild. It is well thought out - all the instructions given by Marianne and George, and noted around the cabin ensure your stay is seamless and answers all the questions you might have - it is important to listen to them, especially as you are in the middle of the wild, responsible for your own warmth and staying in someone’s home. You are stepping back in time, at one with nature. This is a magical place. Marianne and George are kind and welcoming people. In the middle of an area flooded with guides and tourists and impersonal experiences they are a true find. Passionate about nature and the aurora, experts in the region (Marianne is a local). If you’re looking for other experiences whilst staying in the area - they are the perfect people to ask (especially aurora hunting). Going to the cabin is a truly unique experience. We are leaving with stars in our eyes and will definitely return.

Var helt supert sted å være! Huset hadde alt man trengte, og det var bonus at bussholderplassen og matbutikken var i nærheten. Jeg følte meg hjemme der, og var lei meg for å måtte dra. Anbefalt!

Wir waren Anfang März 2025 bei Rafi. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit! Mit einem Mietwagen haben wir die Unterkunft gut erreicht und waren immer super flexibel. Alle waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Wir durften zu den Rentieren und diese auch Füttern, das war super. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren ausreichen und sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

蘭姐的住所十分完美，什麼設備都有，浴室還有暖氣。環境十分衛生乾淨，我能夠住得十分舒服。她十分友善及樂於助人，還請我吃他自家製的可口甜品，很窩心地為我煮了一個麵。不像一般的民宿，蘭姐會主動跟你聊天，亦給你足夠的私人空間，你能在這裏與其他住客和蘭姐建立良好的關係。地點治安很好，即使女孩子自己去也十分安全。對華人來說，這裡就像一個五星級的家，令人樂而忘返。難怪這麼受歡迎，建議需要提前半年預訂，絕對物有所值 Lan’s house is perfect, where have everything you need. Lan is a friendly, helpful and nice person. She makes desserts to us, so delicious! It is very convenient from her house to McDonald and bus stops. It is safe for girls to live alone there. No need to worry about crimes. You can pay to Lan for making yummy Chinese meals, even better than Asian restaurants nearby.

Wij kijken terug op een heerlijk verblijf bij Gjertrud op Sommaroy. De locatie heeft een prachtig uitzicht en is rustig gelegen direct aan een strandje. Auto konden we makkelijk parkeren en in de buurt ook elektrisch opladen. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de sauna in het nabijgelegen hotel, dat is wel echt alleen een sauna en verder geen faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was lekker met Noorse producten en door Gjertrud zelfgebakken brood. We hebben ook een keer gebruik gemaakt van de dinerservice van Gjertrud, ze kan goed koken. De bedden waren wat smal, dat was even wennen, maar lagen heerlijk en we hebben goed geslapen. De temperatuur op de kamer konden we zelf regelen met elektrische kachel, dat ging prima. Toen wij er verbleven waren niet alle kamers bezet, als dat wel zo is lijkt 1 badkamer waar ook de wc in is mij wel lastig.

Erittäin lämminhenkinen vastaanotto ja siistit huoneet. Kauniilla paikalla merenrannalla. Lyhyt ajomatka ylängön tunturijärville. Kaikin puolin sopiva paikka tällaiselle kalastajapariskunnalle <3. Ainoa puute oli, ettei käyttöömme annetussa keittiössä ollut kattilaa eikä paistinpannua. Onneksi oli Trangia matkassa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gjertrud. La vue du salon est à couper le souffle et la boutique en face de la maison est très mignonne. Attention si vous avez apporté à manger, la cuisine n’est pas accessible. Merci pour ce séjour !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Gjertrud. La vue depuis le salon est majestueuse. Le dîner fait avec un poisson local était excellent, la chambre confortable. Nous avons fait une baignade le lendemain matin et échangé plus ensemble ensuite dans son petit café sur la plage. Je repars enrichie de toutes mes expériences chez Gjertrud.

Tämä oli loistava tukikohta viikonlopun hiihtoretkille. Majoituspaikka vastasi hyvin kuvausta ja oli erittäin siisti. Vieraille löytyi myös erikseen jääkaappi omia eväitä varten. Majoittajat olivat mukavia, antoivat reittivinkkejä ja kunnon aamupalalla päivät lähtivät hyvin käyntiin!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Nacht in der gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft von Olivier. Er und alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Dass wir nach Absprache bereits früher in die Unterkunft konnten war hervorragend und das optionale Frühstück für 80 NOK ist gut. In der Küche ist etwas Geschirr vorhanden und Mikrowelle, sowie Wasserkocher nutzbar. Danke an Olivier und das Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is great (only a few mins to the centre), the house is comfy and very clean, the breakfast is home made and delicious but most importantly Lynne and Rolf are warm hearted people who truly care about their guests. They did everything to make me feel welcomed and make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The Airbnb also has a separate area (can be closed with a curtain if needed) with own kitchen.
