Overall great place to stay. Clear instructions by Siri and hosts. They were very responsive and helpful whenever we had any doubts. Location is walkable to the Main Street and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby.

We loved our stay at Bettina and Urs place! It’s beautiful and it’s spacious with such nice amenities (including the sauna and yoga room/with hammock, comfortable living room with big windows and a beautiful view). We were able to take the bus into the center of town within 15 minutes. It was quite accessible; though it was a bit slippery during snow season walking down to the main road, it was doable for us. The hosts were very responsive to any requests or needs. I definitely recommend this home!!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Jarl war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

אניטה וביורן אנשים מדהימים! קיבלו אותנו יפה, הראו לנו והסבירו הכל הבקתה. הזמינו אותנו להתארך אצלהם בבית לשתות תה עם מאפים שאנה הכינה כולל ריבת תותים ופטל ביתית. להכיר קצת מקרוב אנשים מקומיים - זאת חייוה מיוחדת במינה, בגלל זה אנחנו אוהבים AIRBNB. הבקטה קטנה וחמודה, יש בה את כל הדברים הבסיסיים והנחוצים. חדרי השינה נמצאים בקומה עליונה עם מדרגות די תלולות, בלילה קצת קשה לרדת לשירותים. סהכ הסתדרנו עם משפחה 4 נפשות. ל 3-4 לילות זה די סביר להישאר בבקתה ולהתפשר על נוחות של בית גדול ומאובזר יותר (וגם יקר יותר). סהכ תמורה די טובה למחיר. היתרונות הגדולים - מיקום מושלם לראות את הזוהר הצפוני. ראינו כמה פעמים ממש ליד הבית. יש גם חניון קרוב 3 דקות נסיעה. יש בגינה מגלשה טבעית והילדים שיחקו שעות בשלג ובמגלשה. הסאונה זה פשוט משהו נדיר ביותר - חובה לנסות, חוויות בלתי רגילה! עם נוף לים וחום עם עצים. (בתוספת תשלום).

What a perfect place to spend some time in Tromso! Kristin Helene was very communicative from the start. We appreciated her warm welcome. We were not able to meet her in person but the personal note left on the table was such a nice touch. We liked being in Hamna a bit removed from the buzzing city center and only 30 min by bus (bus 28 stop is right down the street). Kristin's apartment is the most homey Airbnb we've ever stayed in and was so comfortable. BTW, the beds are amazing and there is more that you need. We enjoyed the last bit of the northern lights from the porch. We hope to be back one day. Thanks Kristin for sharing your sweet home with us.

This Airbnb is truly the best place to stay in Tromsø! The home is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and its location is simply perfect. We were lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis almost every night at Telegrafbukta, just a short 2-3 minute walk away. Public transportation is also extremely convenient, with easy access to buses connecting to all major attractions. The host went above and beyond by providing an abundance of amenities and food supplies, making our stay even more special. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a group of eight, we made unforgettable memories here—ones we will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø!

Nina's home is wonderful. Great location for Tromso and surrounding area. Good size for 4 of us staying as a family. Spotlessly clean and everything you'd expect and more. A local guide left for us along with a small welcome treat. Communication with Nina was fast and clear. Check in was smooth with a coded lockbox. Cannot recommend Nina's house enough for a calm and cosy getaway to the beautiful area of Tromso. Upon arrival, the house was lovely and warm which was very welcomed as it was -2 degrees outside. Views across water over to Tromso island was stunning with mountains in the background. Local supermarket only a few mins walk away with easy bus connections. We drove a hire car and could park right outside. This place was a great find and if we come back to Tromso, we'd happily stay here again.

We had an amazing time and were incredibly fortunate to witness the northern lights — truly a dream come true. Choosing Viktor and Trude as our hosts was the best decision. Their glowing reviews were spot on! The house was beautiful, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always being readily available for any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Amazing place, Frank was very responsive and went out of his way to pick us up which was such an amazing thing to do given the fact it was our first time in the country. City centre is a 10min walk and has an outstanding museum within a 5 minute walk which was bonus.

I loved Anna’s place. It’s a beautiful and cosy space which has been very well decorated with great attention to detail and she has supplied absolutely everything you need for your stay. Just a short walk into downtown Tromsø I thought this was perfect for my stay. Thanks.

Trond is friendly, the house is super clean and equipped with everything. Nice location, quiet neighborhood, the bus to the central usually comes every half hour. Trond lent his tripod to us, thanks for that. The view is super nice in the living room. Everything is great but the mattress is too soft, I used my clothes as additional support. Overall, highly recommend!

Le logement était superbe, très fonctionnelle et plutot grand. La petite véranda donnant sur le fjord est exceptionnel! Je recommande ce logement pour un petit séjour à Tromsø.

Karsje’s place is just amazing in one word. The place is so cozy offering amazing views of Tromso. The space was perfect for 5 of us including our 5 year old son. The house had a well structured instruction manual so that we didn’t have to bother the host a lot, but still they were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils so that you could cook without any hassle. There is a car parking available and also the bus stop is just a 10 minutes walk from the house. Just keep in mind that the house in a quite neighbourhood a bit away from the city, so you will have to travel a bit to find restaurants and supermarkets ( 10 minutes with a car or 15-20 minutes with bus). We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone who visits Tromso.

Excellent experience, I would definitely come back! The house was super clean, warm, and well-equipped. It's located right by the sea, super quiet zone, you can't hear any cars, and you're surrounded by mountains. There's a supermarket near the house that has everything. But if you arrive very late, I recommend bringing food because it will be closed. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Grete and her husband were very kind and helpful at all times. Sam’s apartment was just as described. It’s large and beautifully decorated. I went as a family of 5 ( 3 young kids) and the place offers all that we needed. There’s also a playground below but we didn’t go as it was winter. Super market is right round the corner and the balcony offers a great view of the river. Sam was responsive host and provided useful info.

The host are very responsible and patient, nicely helped us solve the ‘parking issue’ - our parking bay was park by other residents car without permission on first day when we arrive) through contact in residence group chat. Great place and good for travelling with car. It is much more convenient and time saving to park a car indoor than outside especially under the heavy snow weather. Living in the ‘corner set’ apartment by sea could arguably have the best view for the mountains, street and lake.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is gorgeous. The view over the fjord from the deck is like a postcard. The surroundings are idyllic but only a 5/10 min walk to a frequent bus service into Tromso and the airport. The supermarket 10 minutes walk is one of the best we’ve been to. Lots of walking nearby in beautiful surroundings. The room is perfectly equipped (all kitchen things you may need) and decorated beautifully. Bed was like a cloud. Big TV with Apple TV for cosy night in. Little details all thought about: toothbrushes, toothpaste, little chocolates on arrival, wool blankets to take to the deck, dressing gowns, tea/coffee. Simen went above and beyond for us. He had so much detail about local recommendations, kept us updated on the aurora, gave us a lift home from the supermarket when we bumped into him! The sauna is a highlight, and again all details including flip flops and towels and a little fan. Really one of our favourite stays. Thank you Simen!

Wir waren 6 Nächte in Ibens Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gemütlich und sauber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über Tromsø. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr bequeme Betten und im Bad Fußbodenheizung. Check in und Check out problemlos über Schlüsselbox. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein leckeres Bier. Iben und Eirik sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen bekamen wir zügig eine Antwort. Wir können die Wohnung und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen zu können.

Espen & Andrea were great hosts! Very friendly and responsive, great restaurant recommendations, always available during our stay to provide tips or info if required. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Un logement extrêmement propre et conforme à la description. Le contact avec l'hôte toujours rapide et une personne aimable et accueillante. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous (on s'y sent comme à la maison), exactement ce que nous souhaitions. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et recommandons sans hésiter ce logement.

The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet retreat, yet conveniently accessible. The cable car Fjellheisen, bus stop, and grocery store are all nearby. Jarl and Frøydis are excellent hosts, and the place fully lives up to its glowing reviews. They provide all essential amenities, with the added bonus of micro-spikes for winter, which were incredibly useful. Jarl also shared some great local tips that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Felt like home away from home. Location is closer to the city center reachable by bus. Benedicte was very responsive and gave clear guidance to make the best out of our stay.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, auf der anderen Seite der Stadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist tatsächlich direkt vor der Tür, so dass du in 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum bist. Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment ist fantastisch und das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat eine persönliche schönr Note. Sissel ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat uns gleich mit einigen Lebensmitteln versorgt. Der nächste Einkausmarkt ist 4Busminuten entfernt oder 15min zu Fuß . Alles ist sehr sauber sauber und wohnlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Badezimmer ist alles, was man braucht. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen . Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger mag, und eine tolle Aussicht liebt, ist dir genau richtig. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist mit Buslinie 42 unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder
