Ingrid’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Tromsø. It is in an incredibly central location but also in its own quiet corner. It is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and popular areas, and has easy access to several bus stops moments away. It is also very easy to access from the airport via bus and Ingrid‘s check-in instructions were very clear and made getting in and out of the property a seamless experience. The apartment itself is in a perfectly clean condition with modern furniture and a super comfortable bed, and has everything you need to relax during your stay. Ingrid and the team were moreover incredibly helpful and proactive in making recommendations and responded promptly to all questions and requests. They even gave us a heads up when the northern lights were visible to make sure we wouldn’t miss it! I cannot recommend Ingrid’s place enough and would certainly choose to stay here again should I ever return to Tromsø.

Very beautiful sea & bridge view from the bedroom and fun equipments just down stairs, perfect for families with kids. One minute walk to seaside. Apartment is perfect with modern facilities and very well designed.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay

This is essentially a brand new apartment in the new Vervet quarter. Storgata (ie Main Street) is only a minute walk away. Fantastic coffee shop on site! The view from the lounge is literally breathtaking... we actually gasped on entry. Great comms too. Will make a excellent base for Tromso, for city break or something more adventurous; airport bus stop just on the main road. Right by the museums and the bridge etc etc. Lovely and quite, warm and clean and lovely home. Thanks Marita!!

Only stayed here 1 night, in transit North. Lovely clean, warm apartment, 5 min walk to Fjellheisen cable car with great views over Tromso and northern lights if you're lucky!

Central to the city center, about 25 minute walk downhill from the apartment to the city. The apartment is cozy small, modern and equipped with everything you need. Would book again :-)

Nous avons passé trois jours dans le très cosy logement d'Annette, à deux pas des pistes de ski de fond, activités accessibles en bus, superette à pied. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux , décoré avec goût. Je recommande vivement.

אניטה וביורן אנשים מדהימים! קיבלו אותנו יפה, הראו לנו והסבירו הכל הבקתה. הזמינו אותנו להתארך אצלהם בבית לשתות תה עם מאפים שאנה הכינה כולל ריבת תותים ופטל ביתית. להכיר קצת מקרוב אנשים מקומיים - זאת חייוה מיוחדת במינה, בגלל זה אנחנו אוהבים AIRBNB. הבקטה קטנה וחמודה, יש בה את כל הדברים הבסיסיים והנחוצים. חדרי השינה נמצאים בקומה עליונה עם מדרגות די תלולות, בלילה קצת קשה לרדת לשירותים. סהכ הסתדרנו עם משפחה 4 נפשות. ל 3-4 לילות זה די סביר להישאר בבקתה ולהתפשר על נוחות של בית גדול ומאובזר יותר (וגם יקר יותר). סהכ תמורה די טובה למחיר. היתרונות הגדולים - מיקום מושלם לראות את הזוהר הצפוני. ראינו כמה פעמים ממש ליד הבית. יש גם חניון קרוב 3 דקות נסיעה. יש בגינה מגלשה טבעית והילדים שיחקו שעות בשלג ובמגלשה. הסאונה זה פשוט משהו נדיר ביותר - חובה לנסות, חוויות בלתי רגילה! עם נוף לים וחום עם עצים. (בתוספת תשלום).

Truly an amazing experience at Thomas’s house. It embodies the spirit of a typical, authentic and cozy norwegian hytte with everything you need, add to that the view over the fjords and the sauna in the backyard and you’ll feel like in a Hallmark movie during Christmas. We also saw the Northern Lights from the cabin 2 nights in a row. The communication with the hosts was very easy and efficient. I truly recommend it to anyone loving nature, peace and quiet :)

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La maison est vraiment accueillante et confortable. Les hôtes vivaient dans l’appartement du dessous mais sont restés très discret. La vue depuis le salon et les chambres est vraiment belle du matin jusqu’aux petites lumières du soir. La maison est très bien équipé comme si nous étions chez nous.

We had a wonderful stay at Gunnar's apartment - what a view! The apartment is on two floors, spacious, well equipped and lovely and warm. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the outside deck. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and it's an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of town for bars, restaurants and museums. It's an 8 minute walk to Polaria bus stop for the 42 bus to the airport. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect – close to the city and many great spots in the area. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view: we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the hot tub or the terrace – truly magical! The house is cozy and well-equipped – everything we needed was there. The two bathrooms were especially convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. Communication was excellent – always quick and reliable. Thanks to Lill Heidi’s great tips, we even got to see reindeer, which was an unforgettable experience! Thank you for the amazing hospitality – we would love to come back anytime!

Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is gorgeous. The view over the fjord from the deck is like a postcard. The surroundings are idyllic but only a 5/10 min walk to a frequent bus service into Tromso and the airport. The supermarket 10 minutes walk is one of the best we’ve been to. Lots of walking nearby in beautiful surroundings. The room is perfectly equipped (all kitchen things you may need) and decorated beautifully. Bed was like a cloud. Big TV with Apple TV for cosy night in. Little details all thought about: toothbrushes, toothpaste, little chocolates on arrival, wool blankets to take to the deck, dressing gowns, tea/coffee. Simen went above and beyond for us. He had so much detail about local recommendations, kept us updated on the aurora, gave us a lift home from the supermarket when we bumped into him! The sauna is a highlight, and again all details including flip flops and towels and a little fan. Really one of our favourite stays. Thank you Simen!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to public transportation. We were in Tromsø chasing the northern lights and I couldn’t have imagined a better accommodation.

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage auf Håkøya ist sehr friedlich und doch sehr nah vom Zentrum. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung auf das Meer und Tromsø ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Karstein und Ida Marie sind sehr freundlich, äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr gute Gastgeber. Danke für die Unterstützung. Ich kann die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass vielleicht häufiger gelüftet werden sollte ;). Ansonsten Top ! Joakim hat uns sogar einen Tipp für die Polarlichter gegeben, Danke.

A very cozy cabin with parking and a washing machine. It is a bit far from the bus station. If it is summer or when the road conditions are good, it is no problem to walk. However, because of the slope, it is not suitable for carrying heavy luggage. The host couple were very kind and responsible. They helped us confirm the correct bus information and also helped us book a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended!

O apartamento é excelente, exatamente como nas fotos, a decoração é muito bonita, e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. A comunicação com os anfitriões é fácil, sempre pro ativo, disponibiliza amenidades o que deixa a estadia mais confortável e as instruções foram sempre claras e objetivas. A localização é boa, apesar de não ser perto do centro, a parada Terrasen fica praticamente em frente ao apartamento, e há ônibus todos os dias, com frequência, até mesmo finais de semana e horários bem cedo para ir direto ao aeroporto. Super recomendo o apartamento e com certeza quero regressar a Tromsø em breve!

Had a fantastic stay in Tromsø. Great location to access the ski touring in the area. Could even ski down to the door of the apartment! Apartment is spacious and well equiped. Would recommend.
