Wonderful stay in a beautiful place.

We had a great two month stay. Marina del Sol does not disappoint. Lovely property and friendly people. Alex and Karen always respond quickly to any questions. Several upgrades to the suite like the new fridge, double bed in 2nd bedroom with new bedding and lots of new hangers are appreciated.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

This was the best vacation we have ever had. The AMARA was outstanding. The pool is the best pool on the beach. The condo itself was well stocked and had plenty of space and seating for large families. We looked at many Amara condos and Eric’s is one of the best there is. Eric was available every step of the way to help with recommendations and troubleshooting. The cook Eric connected us with-Carolina-was the perfect addition to our family vacation. We only wish we could have stayed for the rest of the winter!! Our only complaint was very firm beds-we just got a mattress topper at colchina to help.

Beautiful view from this 16th floor balcony! Appreciate having a code for the door vs a key. Quick elevators! Being towards the north end of the beach it was very peaceful. Communication with the host & co-host was excellent!

Hermoso departamento en península Ixtapa donde puedes disfrutar con familia ! Es un lugar para descanso, si tu plan es ir con amigos a hacer fiestas este no es una opción. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar días ahí, el restaurante accesible y rico, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Y Luz María una host súper atenta! Gracias

This condo is very clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, close to everything, restaurants, shopping, beach. The grounds and pool are clean and the staff are so friendly.

Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

Hard to know where to begin. Everything was superb. The condo was stocked with virtually everything you could ask for. Space was cozy, and the beds were fantastic. I love this building and Linda and Jim have done a great job of setting up a rental space in it. Sundries, condiments, coffee, etc were all covered. Owners in the building were extremely friendly, staff were very friendly and helpful. I could honestly go on for days, but the shorty version is our stay was superb, Linda was wonderful and I look forward to being back.

Pasamos unos días súper agradables en este Condo situado en mero centro de Ixtapa y con una vista espectacular. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar tus alimentos y presentarlos a tus comensales. Francamente nos sentimos como en casa. Mario siempre al pendiente resolvió nuestras dudas. Matthew and Ali are just the best hosts EVER! ATTENTIVE, Always on Time. Professional, Friendly, Caring. As owners they make this personal They answered all of our questions and were invested in the success of our first visit to Zihau. I had a minor appliance issue and they replaced it immediately. The location is perfect. The pictures clearly show off the condo and million dollar view of Playa de Madera. Playa de Ropa is just a short walk away with lots of restaurants. You can also walk to town for more restaurants, shops and the fantastic mercado(s). There are cabs right on the street for a trip to Ixtapa or the airport. The condo is immaculate and quiet. The showers were great and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen had everything you would need for light cooking. It also has a big refrigerator. This is a great place for two couples as it has the two ensuite bedrooms. Would also work for a small family but would not recommend for toddlers. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Es lugar muy bueno para descansar y desestresarse. La vista es maravillosa y la piscina está genial. Todo el personal es atento y amable. Muy recomendable.

El alojamiento estaba en un condominio muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Las vistas desde el departamento son espectaculares y los atardeceres son increíbles.

Viaje con mi familia. Tita siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, desde antes de nuestra llegada y nos ayudó a resolver problemas (externos, nada que ver con su hospedaje) así que gracias a su ayuda disfrutamos muchísimo!! gracias Tita!

Paula Maria’s place was fantastic, as advertised! We had an absolutely incredible stay that far exceeded our expectations. After a disappointing experience with a dishonest agency in the area (Property Rental Club) that canceled our original booking at the last minute, we were so grateful to find this gem. The host welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and their honesty and responsiveness were a breath of fresh air after what we had just dealt with. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger group. It offered the ideal balance of comfort and style, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. One of the highlights of our trip was working with the local chef the host recommended. La casa es preciosa y la vista es ESPECTACULAR! Es ideal para viaje entre amigos o familia. Fui con niños chiquitos y la casa es perfecta para ellos, muy cómoda, segura y el área de chapoteadero fue lo máximo. La alberca estaba deliciosa y es bastante grande. ¡Sin duda una casa 100% recomendable, espero poder regresar pronto!
