I give this place 10 stars! Michelle was awesome to work with. She was AVAILABLE the entire time...from booking to check out and even let us know she found our grandaughters stuffed bear! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and even the smallest details were given special attention-such as little paper cups in the bathrooms, coffee pods, spices, dishwasher soap, shampoo and cream rinse in every bathroom! Linens and towels were plush! We could walk to the playground, putt-putt, gym,pool, and tennis. PLUS there were no "hidden fees" to use the facilities. It was really nice to have access to an indoor pool as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this Air B&B, especially great for families! ALSO, we loved that Edisto does NOT have hotels or high rise condos...there were cool little shops/restaurants and we drove to Charleston to visit Patriot's Point in a lilttle over 1 hour! (Savannah is just a little over 2 hours drive) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION SPOT!

The home with heated pool was perfect for my family. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained. The home came with many options for enjoying the outdoors. Swing chairs and high top tables front and back made the outdoor Folly Beach relaxing and enjoyable. The beach only 1/2 block away and Bert’s was across the street… which came in handy for the kids and ice cream! I highly recommend!

Felt very welcome as host was pleasant and accommodating . The house is spacious and well kept. I would definitely come back again.

The best girls trip at this air b&b! Space was perfect and everything was newly remodeled! The bedrooms were a great size. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were modern! Walking distance to king street. Would definitely come back!

My expectations were surpassed! Loved staying here for the few days we were in Isle of Palms. It is the perfect walking distance from the beach and has everything you’ll need for your stay! It did take us a couple tries to understand the lock but we are thankful for that note so we didn’t freak out! Lol thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The whole house was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. We loved the pool area though we had colder weather and only one polar bear guy took a dip

We enjoyed our stay at Jame's. We appreciated how clean everything was. We liked his attention to detail. The community was beautiful. We loved seeing the deer. We would highly recommend James's place. The kitchen had high end appliances and everything you would need to cook a nice meal. Thank you James. Harry and Sandy

Peaceful beautiful back porch overlooking a beautiful tree. The house was spacious and comfortable! Plenty of sleeping room. Easy to walk to the beach and down the street to Whaleys for some good seafood!
