This place was conveniently located; within a 10 min walk to the beach and bus stop, and 15 mins walk to the supermarket. The property was well laid out and the bedrooms were all good sized double rooms, each with air conditioning. The lounge area was open planned and a good kitchen area with all the basics you would need. The shower rooms were spacious. The biggest plus was the hosts who were welcoming and easily reachable. We had a few very minor issues and each time we contacted them they responded immediately, no matter how trivial the issue. We had a lovely long stay here and enjoyed the laidback and friendly atmosphere of the island. A welcome change from the cold and grey of London - thank you!

Pierre et Roseline sont des personnes très chaleureuses et généreuses. Pierre est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, nous a fait la visite de la ville et nous a aidé à trouver une boutique de carte téléphonique. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pour notre séjour.Leur logement est très pratique et très bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le quartier est calme, notez toutefois l'appel a la prière à 4h du matin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme commerces dans le quartier et l'arrêt des bus est juste au bout de la rue, ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement à quatre bornes. Quand nous avons loué une voiture, Pierre nous a permis de nous garer à l'intérieur de la propriété, ce qui était très pratique. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

We had a wonderful stay at Jason and Neha's beautiful, spacious house. The place was exactly as described, and it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The house is tranquil, beautiful and well-equipped. Very comfortably befs and linen. It was great to have a pool to cool off. I really appreciated how responsive Carherine was. Our stay at Villa Teresa in Roches Noires was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and our host, Balthazar, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The airport transfer was seamless—our driver, Darmen, was punctual and easy to find with a sign displaying our name. We also used his services to explore the island, and he was always professional and reliable. The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The WiFi worked great, especially in the living room and on the terrace, which was perfect for video calls. The EU-standard electric sockets made it convenient for charging our devices without adapters. One of the highlights was the amazing service provided by Asmita, the housekeeper. She took great care of the house and also prepared delicious local dishes for us every day. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor! Nous avons passé un super séjour à 13 adultes dans le logement de Didier. Il a été extrêmement arrangeant et accueillant. La maison est spacieuse, la piscine très agréable et les plages ne sont pas loin. Les 6 chambres sont agréables, lumineuses et climatisées. C est un hôte hyper bienveillant et réactif, je recommande vivement sa jolie villa.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sauber und gut gelegen. Alles war perfekt, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Joana war einfach großartig! Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit hilfreichen Tipps unterstützt und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. We had an incredible stay at Andy’s beautiful house in Mauritius! The location is absolutely perfect—private, peaceful, and surrounded by a stunning garden with a beautiful pool. The place itself exceeded our expectations; it looks even better in real life than in the pictures! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also super convenient for reaching the beaches and exploring the area. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Staying in Kush's apartment was great - Kush is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on the ground floor, you got a little outside table and can use the little pool. The location is just a few minutes by foot away from the beach, the supermarket and restaurants - very convenient, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Thankyou Stephanie for a lovely relaxing 3 weeks in your apartment - it’s just up our street . We particularly enjoyed the peaceful setting , spacious balcony overlooking the pool, and having use of the kitchen to cook our own food from time to time . The washing machine also came in very handy during our stay . As we don’t always hire a car , we found the local buses very handy for places like Grand Baie in one direction and Trou aux Biches in the other ,and we found we could walk to the beautiful Mon Choisy beach in around 10 minutes . There are a handful of lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance , including a great new Lebanese restaurant ( Kimbo) . We have been visiting Mauritius for many years , and we really feel at home in the lovely community of Pointe aux Canonniers . Thankyou Stephanie once again , and we really hope to see you soon . Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Grande Gaube. Vic hat unsere Fragen im Vorfeld schnell und umfassend beantwortet. Vor Ort war Rumila unsere Ansprechpartnerin und hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Sie ist super erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hat viele Tipps parat (insbesondere hilfreich bei Stürmen & Co.). Die Lage war angenehm ruhig, trotzdem ist man fußläufig im kleinen Ort mit den wichtigsten Dingen für den Alltag. Alles andere lässt sich leicht mit dem Auto oder Taxi erreichen. Zwei kleine Punkte, die für uns nicht gepasst haben: Das Bett war ungewohnt hart und das Internet (insbesondere abends) sehr langsam. Letzteres ist ideal für Digital Detox, allerdings weniger für Remote Work. Ein echtes Highlight hingegen ist der private Pool, der nur für die zwei Wohneinheiten zugänglich ist. Ideal zum Entspannen! Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig und ausreichend ausgestattet.

A Perfect Stay in a Peaceful Paradise This was by far the best place we stayed! The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, with nothing but the sounds of nature to enjoy. Watching the stunning sunset from the cabane in the garden was a magical experience. The house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. To our pleasant surprise, it was also supported by an amazing staff who took care of the daily cleaning, the garden, and the pool—making our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even provided us with a kayak to explore the lagoon, adding to the unforgettable experience. The views were simply breathtaking. Plus, the location was ideal—not far from Mauritius' beautiful beaches and all necessary services. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway!

Grâce à Rishna et Marie, nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Flic en Flac. Un bel appartement, idéalement situé, avec toutes les commodités à disposition, et un rapport qualité prix imbattable ! (Sans mentionner le panier garni d’accueil qui nous attendait… fabuleux) Mais ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus beau, c’est l’accueil chaleureux de Rishna qui, en plus d’être d’une extrême gentillesse, a été à notre écoute tout au long de notre passage. Il est difficile de trouver les mots pour décrire ce séjour, tant il dépasse tout ce qu'on peut imaginer. Ce n'est pas seulement un lieu paradisiaque, reculé du monde, en face d'une rivière apaisante, entouré d'un jardin tropical incroyable avec un bassin de carpes koi… C’est un véritable havre de paix. Mais ce qui rend cette expérience unique, c'est [Nom de l’hôte]. Plus qu'un hôte, c'est une personne extraordinaire : toujours disponible, profondément attentionné, qui vous prépare des repas sans même que vous le demandiez, et qui vous accompagne naturellement dans votre propre cheminement personnel. On repart de chez lui différent, grandi, transformé. Ce n'est pas un simple séjour Airbnb : c'est une expérience de vie que tout le monde devrait vivre au moins une fois. We had an exceptional stay at Lalit’s home. He was incredibly welcoming and flexible when our arrival and departure times changed. The house is spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet residential area—perfect for restful nights. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Trianon and St-Jean metro stations, with supermarkets nearby (Super Unic is only 300 m away, a smaller superette, Azalées, is 100 m away, and Winners Trianon is about 1 km away). Upstairs has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom; another bathroom is on the ground floor. One room has a desk and a window with a lovely view. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped. The washing machine works great, and there’s plenty of space to hang clothes on the enclosed balcony. Hot water is provided via a gas heater with adjustable temperature. A portable fan and other useful gadgets were also available. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would highly recommend staying at Lalit’s home to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is large, clean, has a great terrace, enough furniture and kitchen equipment. The waste is picked up every two days, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a parking space, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is perfectly clean, and there is a separate wardrobe room. The only unpleasant thing is that the apartment heats up insanely during the day: the bed gets very hot and takes a long time to cool down, even the shower gel gets hot. So I had to keep my toiletries in the fridge. The air conditioning in the bedroom is quite weak, but it's good to have it. Everything else was great, we are very happy with our stay at Annette's.

It is a cosy little studio, ideal for one person. The best part about the studio is, it is very functional. Right from the utensils, bath linen, bed linen, everything was there. If is a 10 minute walk to where all the companies in Ebene are. The building has 4 restaurants and a convenience store. It is perfect for a work trip.

Du à des inondations, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement durant nos vacances et devions trouver un logement en toute urgence. Et Julian et sa famille, nous ont sauvés les vacances en nous fournissant un logement à la dernière minute ! Sa famille a été très serviable et nous a aidé à nous installer malgrés l'urgence de la situation. La maison est très spacieuse, avec 3 chambres et se trouve du coté d'Albion, une zone assez calme et reposante de l'Île maurice. Encore merci pour tout ! -------------------------- Due to flooding, we found ourselves without a place to stay during our vacation and had to find a place to stay urgently. And Julian and his family, saved our vacation by providing us with accommodation at the last minute! His family was very helpful and helped us get settled despite the emergency situation. The house is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and is located on the Albion side, a rather quiet and relaxing area of Mauritius. Thanks again for everything!

Barthelemy nous a très bien informé avant le voyage sur l'Ile Maurice, nous a donné toutes les renseignements nécessaires et était très réactif. La dame de maison était à nos petits soins, nous avons passé un excellent voyage dans son logement plein de charme.
