Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

Carol's house is very nice and there is a lot of cooking accessories is available on her kitchen. A lot of toys is in the house, we enjoyed a lot. There is one room in this house, its the best place if you want to do office work from there. Its been a nice stay, I will book more if i need to visit that city again....

It is basically a farm house sitting on a pasture, not too far from rapid development. The house served us well. The furniture is like grandparents but ok. Beds very good. Large, acceptably equipped kitchen. Very sunny house. Landlords grew up in this house, and they are on call readily. We did a lot of 0.25-1 mile walks (round trip). Very good place for bird watching.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. This is a beautiful cozy little apartment it was perfect for my husband and I. It’s very clean and feels private. The location is also good close to south end and downtown Charlotte.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jeff’s place. Definitely has a great vibe. My room was very spacious so I took some professional artsy photos of myself during my stay!

Udo's place was just what we were looking for while staying in Charlotte for a wedding. He personally greeted us when we arrived and recommended some wonderful local restaurants in the area. My husband and I highly recommend this location. It was clean, unique, and we always felt at home.

Smart’s place is great. The little town where it is located is about 8 minute drive from downtown. The place is super cozy. Very clean, and very easy to find. Little quiet group of apartments. Highly recommended

The lakefront location was absolutely beautiful! The walkway around the lake was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

It was fantastic! Great spot. Bring soap and coffee pods, those two things would have been amazing had I thought about it. Overall such a great location, cute place. Great for 1-2 people who want to walk around uptown. Directions seem complicated until you follow them and then it makes sense. The only thing I had an issue was the code to get into the garage but someone let me in.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.
