Lima and Michael’s place exceeded my expectations! Everything was well equipped and clean, just as pictured. Lima was very good at communicating with me, which I really appreciated! She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend others to stay at her beautiful place.

We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

Please note that it is located directly across the street from the Cannon Baller Baseball stadium. When there is a game, you will hear all of the PA system announcements clear as someone sitting next to you. It was not that annoying though.

Cathy's home is so lovely, inviting and comfortable. It is decorated impeccably and very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom). Nice touches like extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room. My husband said this was one of his favorite Airbnbs (and we stay in them often); so much so that he wondered if we could rent longer term if we are back in the area for an extended time. Cathy went above and beyond as a host and we would most certainly stay again.

The Hickory Hideaway was the perfect little place to stay. Peaceful and private describes it perfectly!

Very comfortable house. 3 bathrooms is a real bonus. We have stayed in Dan’s house numerous times over the 5 years our grandkids have attended Lenoir Rhyne University. It feels like home. We will definitely return next year.

What a beautiful location and perfect accommodations. We loved being able to sit on the screened in porch for meals and used the dock for a morning yoga session. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was cozy and inviting. Would highly recommend Cliff and his beautiful home to a family or group who wants to get away with beautiful surroundings.

Super clean and cozy place with no sign of prior visitors. Very thoughtful touches throughout including laundry detergent and bottles of water. About a block from a beautiful park. If we ever need to stay in Statesville again, would rebook without hesitation!

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything! You both were amazing hosts!

Our stay was amazing, if you're looking for a spot in the NoDa area, I cannot suggest this place enough. The area can get busy and a bit loud on weekends, so keep that in mind, but that was clearly explained in the listing. 10/10 would visit again.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.

Great condo on a beautiful lake. Took this trip to help my daughter get situated in her new apartment a couple of miles up the road. Will be coming back to see her this summer and I will definitely stay here again! If it’s available 😄

Katie’s place was lovely! Clean, modern condo, beautiful area, and a convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants. In the evening we sat outside on the porch to relax. It was great to have an elevator since I had a foot injury and couldn’t use stairs. Highly recommend Katie’s place over a hotel, especially if you have 4-6 guests.
