Had a nice weekend away with a few friends, staying at Graham's. Graham was super responsive and the instructions were clear. We were very impressed by the accommodation! The area is nice and the walk into the centre is scenic. There is a Spar a few minutes away for any groceries too. Would recommend!

I spent 3 months here after recently moving to the area. the place was a perfect base and I felt right at home. The apartment was bright and airy, the sunroom was perfect for working from home and very peaceful surrounded by the trees. The kitchen was perfect with an induction hob and full size fridge freezer which was ideal for a longer stay. I particularly loved the huge bed. the views out into the garden made it extra special. Sonia was a great host who was on hand at all times for any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Easy to find well positioned close to city centre property which is within walking distance to all of the major amenities in Bath. Fully furnished with all one needs for an enjoyable stay. Dan was helpful with answering car parking and answering my pre-booking enquiries. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous flat so close to everything. Helen was so helpful with the heating which was a little tricky to operate and went out of her way to ensure I had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay at Rebecca’s place! The apartment was spotless with the most luxurious bed linen and an outstanding bath — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Bath. Rebecca kindly left us milk and lots of thoughtful essentials that made our stay extra special. The location was amazing — right in the heart of everything. Honestly, we want to come back to Bath just to stay in her apartment again!

Convenient to shopping centre and town. Close to the runner pub restaurant which served lovely pub food and himalayas curry.

I booked this very last minute and Vicky was very obliging. Thoughtful touches such as complementary milk and cereals were available and she apologised that there wasn’t more as I was last minute. Easy check in, Onsite parking and a short walk to a pub serving carvery and other meals. I immediately felt comfortable in the well laid out apartment. Well equipped kitchen/ diner. Sofa for watching tv if that’s your thing. Extremely comfortable bed with spacious shower upstairs. All in all, perfectly suited my needs. Will be booking again.

Great short stay at this lovely property. Spotless, warm and welcoming, with beautiful views and wonderful walks around. Such a gem in a lovely part of the world. All modern amenities included, which was excellent.

Get together with family and friends for Cheltenham Gold Cup. Everyone had their own room and great to have 3 bathrooms. It was a home from home with everything available that you needed. The place is spotless and comfortable. We didn’t do the 30 min walk to town but Uber taxis were easy to get us to town and railway station. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had such a fantastic stay here to celebrate a milestone birthday as a family. We were 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. Noel sent some brilliant recommendations ahead of time and the instructions for access were really easy so we felt right at home straight away. The location is perfect and the surroundings are so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave! The place is spotless and very well looked after. We had a small issue with the key on the first night and this was resolved really quickly and easily which is always a relief. A brilliant place and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and would love to return soon!).

What a beautiful, stylish and comfy house. A luxurious few days in Wiltshire. The surrounding countryside and villages are lovely. Victoria’s communication and help was first class, we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic last minute stay at this lovely house. We booked with only a few hours notice because of a family emergency and felt very lucky - Kenzie was really helpful and kind and the house was fab, super clean and tidy and very comfortable. So handy for getting into Bath as well as to the hospital. Also worth noting there is a fantastic coffee place right in front of the property, would recommend going to Blaax!!

Comfortable and well equipped house, in easy walking distance of Bath city centre and its attractions. The house is historic and quirky, spread over 3 floors connected by lots of quite steep stairs. Well stocked cupboards with all basic needs covered, which made it easy to cook, or there were many delicious options for eating out. Alison was immediately responsive and helpful to find solutions to minor problems. The road is a little noisy, but bedrooms are at the back of the house. The small courtyard garden is very attractive.

Maltings Cottage is a very charming and comfortable place to stay in Bath. We felt right at home in this beautiful space. Well equipped kitchen for making meals. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the whole cottage is thoughtfully provisioned with, for example, good quality towels, coffee, tea, and even milk in the fridge. Location was great - quiet but a short walk to the centre of town. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location! Lovely views from the apartment & great for nipping in and out of the centre. Anne Marie was a great host, very welcoming, responsive and gave easy instructions. Would definitely book again next time we are in Bath :)

George is a first class, friendly and thoughtful host who was quick to respond to our messages. Her accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We had an excellent three night stay visiting family and hope to return soon.

Helen’s apartment was fabulous for our weekend in Bath. It’s a stroll from Bath Spa railway station and a great location to explore what Bath has to offer. We were met by Helen at the apartment where she recommended places to eat and buy groceries. The flat was lovely with everything that was needed for a wonderful weekend - I really recommend it.

Had a fantastic faultless stay here. Absolutely great location, a few minutes walk from Queen Square in the centre of Bath this is an ideal location to explore or stay for an event. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and Emily's thoughtful touches are first class hosting. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Bath was fantastic and the accommodation was beautiful! Very easy to access and it was great to be able to leave the car safely for the duration of our stay as the walk down to the town was easy and only took about 10 minutes. The standard of cleanliness as the property was great and everything you could possibly need was provided. Cheryl was incredibly helpful regarding us arriving a little early and when we got caught up in the road restrictions for the Marathon she was very kind in allowing us extra time to move our car. The property is in a great location for easy access to the Centre and The Forum which is where we attended a concert on the weekend. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family & hopefully return again ourselves!!

Kate’s flat was a great location for our weekend break in Bath. The flat itself was comfortable and she provided really good information before check-in, including useful wayfinding instructions for long stay parking which was extremely helpful. Thanks Kate!

Susan is a wonderful Host. Susan kept in touch and was extremely helpful when we asked any questions. The parking facility of 2 spaces was the icing on the cake for our stay. There is quite a climb up to the apartment (62 steps) that Susan advised us of, but very doable. Once in the apartment we found the kitchen very well equipped. The bathroom is very roomy and well presented with lovely bath and great shower. Beds were extremely comfortable. The whole place had a great atmosphere. With the apartment being so central in Bath you don’t have to walk far for bars, restaurants and historical buildings.

A great stay. No complaints whatsoever. Walkable into the centre of the city and a beautifully furnished apartment.
