I had a wonderful stay at LaceyVilla! The place was very cozy and beautifully decorated. My room was clean and the bed was super comfy, so I slept really well. the living area was great for relaxing. I loved the outdoor space too—perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. The location was very quiet and peaceful . Cindy was friendly and was very helpful. I highly recommend LaceyVilla! My fiance & I have stayed at upwards of 100 AirBnbs, & this place is in our top 5!!!! If you're scrolling, reading reviews, looking for a place to stay in the area, stop right now & book this place. As far as bang for your buck goes, it doesn't get any better than this, & as far as amenities go, what else could you want? Hot tub, 4 beds, 3 baths, beautiful TV and amazing living room furniture, fire pit in the yard, fire table on the back deck with an amazing view, set in a peaceful & quiet field, pool table, the works! We read some negative reviews about the hot tub & a lack of products in the bathrooms, no idea where those came from. Hot tub was clean and hot when we got there, bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need in a short term rental. Book. This. House. You won't regret it!!!!

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

Beautiful area. Loved being there for the little snow fall we had. Over all it was a great stay the kids were happy.

We had a great stay at Stacy and Tim’s beautiful cabin. It is very spacious, homely and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was very cozy and lake views were amazing. It snowed when we were there and the driveway was cleared straight away. Stacey was very responsive and great with local recommendations. I would definitely stay again !

The sunroom is absolutely beautiful and we were able to watch herd of deer in the mornings walk across the field. It was located in a real quiet neighborhood, but yet close to Ithaca, shopping and restaurants. The beds were amazing. So comfortable! We had a great stay!

we have stayed at roughcut properties multiple times..what you see is what you get,always clean and comfortable. their customer service is outstanding!!! we travel a good bit with our dogs which can be challenging finding places that meet our requirements for us and them and roughcut has it all..anytime we are in the area we will be staying with them. They go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as you expect it to be.. thanks so much.

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Nancy’s place. There were detailed labels and instructions for all of the lighting, switches, and amenities in the house which made it very easy to get comfortable and familiar as soon as we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and being able to look out the back windows to wildlife enjoying the bird feeders. There were suggestions in the breakfast nook for things to do nearby. We ended up checking out Martin’s pantry which was absolutely delicious. Nancy was thoughtful and quick to respond, and helped make for an overall great relaxing weekend getaway
