We had a fabulous stay! The place was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen cookware, including tupperware. Coffeemaker and blender and double toaster were all on the counter. The beds (all 3) were all in great shape - comfortable and clean. The couch bed and Murphy bed were very easy to set up. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetic. There are free old school video games downstairs and a foosball table. The sauna, steam room and gym are 24 hours and the hot tub and heated outdoor pool were open 8am - 10pm. It doesn't matter that there's no restaurant in the actual hotel, as it's in the Village so there are tons of food and entertainment options. The front desk was great with providing dining options and they also gave us a list of places that provide a discount.

We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse! It was clean and comfy and the views are fabulous. Location is great, super close to town and slopes. Thanks to Jani for making our trip so easy!

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

An amazing place to day. Walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. The place was exactly as described. We’ll definitely be back for another stay! Thank you for a lovely vacation.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

Elizabeth’s place is fantastic! It is right in the heart of Northstar Village, so it is super easy to get to everything. It is literally steps away from where the check in location is located and very convenient to drop offs / pick ups for the village. Getting to the gondola, epic gear rentals, and all of the restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. And her place is so cute- great furnishings and details throughout. Plus, Elizabeth was so responsive and nice throughout the entire experience. Such a great host- I would definitely recommend!

Great house, host, and value! I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want to ski palisades. It’s close to the mountain and the lake and makes it easy to do it all in one trip. The beds are comfortable and they give you lots of extra blankets if you’re like us and like the weight.

It was so nice to have our family together in such a beautiful home. We utilized all it came with and made special memories. Irina was so helpful and responsive. The cabin exceeded expectations. The pics don't do justice. Hope we can return one day soon.

Catherine is the kind of host who provides the extra time and attention to detail to make the overall stay one that appeals to multiple guests. From the beautifully maintained home with living plants to the presentation of the towels and all the added amenities, we were provided all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Overall, the design, comforting sleeping accommodation and numerous little simple pleasures will have you wanting to book your next visit with them. A beautiful home with an amazing ambiance.

This adorable duplex bungalow in midtown is the perfect cozy getaway! It had everything needed to feel right at home, from a well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches like fresh coffee beans. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of it all, making it easy to explore. Comfortable, inviting, and well-equipped—I’ll definitely stay again!

Our group of 10 people (6 adults, 4 small kids) had a perfect ski weekend at the cabin. Conveniently located in a peaceful community off I-80 near Truckee, spacious and functional with great offering of amenities e.g. Kona coffee k-cups! View from the living room is stunning. The kids had lots of fun on the sectional and the bunk beds downstairs. The extra sink in the kitchen island was handy, as we cooked all breakfast and dinner at the cabin. Having all sitting at the large dining table enjoying food & drinks on a snowing evening was a great memory! Driveway was indeed a little steep, but ice/snow was cleared promptly so it wasn't an issue for us.

This was a great home with plenty of room for us to hang out as a group and cook together! Martin was very responsive when we had questions. Parking was also easy. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed for a quick weekend trip and Drakes house had everything we needed while there. The house was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance and only a few minute drive to the Stateline! We would definitely stay again!

The place was nice and cozy and the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. The check-in was a little confusing, but overall I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tahoe city.

Clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Pull-out bed was very comfortable. Massage chair was amazing! We really debated whether to stay right in the main building versus one of the condos that are a bit away from it. Easy access to skiing was our main priority. But we also like going out to dinner. This condo was the best choice because of those two things. To get to skiing, you just go down the elevator and walk around the corner and get on the gondola (which opens earlier than 9 so you can be at the actual ski lift as soon as it opens at 9). Then there is ski run that brings you back to the condo. Or you can take the gondola back down. The ski locker is right by the elevator. The jacuzzi was closed for maintenance but it's very close. All the restaurants were a very short walking distance right in the main building. We enjoyed Wild Pine because the food was good and they had live music. Petra is a really nice wine bar.

Jay’s place was great. Very clean and he was easy to communicate with. It’s a great location at Incline.

Perfect little condo! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Great, quiet location in the village.

Perfect location and setup to ski and out for a few days. Beverly was super responsive to my questions and helpful with directions and check In info. The studio was fully stocked up for cooking a couple meals. We took full advantage of the on site hot tub / steam room and sauna after shredding the gnar on the hills. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall wonderful stay. We came up for a ski trip and was hands down the best location to be for heavenly. Felt like home for the weekend- highly recommend!

What a cool place! With all the fold away beds and futons, this place converts into a super chill location during the day, looking over the pool / hot tub and the mountain peaks to the east. At night, our family finally had their own beds to sleep on in the village. They’re obviously a skiing family and have thought of the little things - ample hooks for wet gear, and even complimentary hand and foot warmers! And the snacks upon arrival after being stuck in traffic were a welcome sight. Thank you for the stay - we’ll definitely be back!
