Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

It's a great apartment near the centre of Yerevan, I totally recommend it! Here are some things we especially loved about this apartment ❤️ - It has a high ceiling and feels spacious - It's newly renovated and feels pretty fresh - Has fast and stable internet - It's located on a quiet street within 5-10minute walking distance to the city centre - Good A/C that doesn't bother you when you are lying in bed - Hovhannes is a great host — he was very welcoming and helpful!

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira

fantastic place and amazing host! apartment is very spacious, modern and has everything you need (was pleasantly surprised to see hair dryer with diffuser!). super close to the most popular streets but in quiet neighborhood which is perfect. Just keep in mind it’s on the hill and you will exercise regularly :D will stay here next time for sure, thanks a lot!

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

The experience of staying in this apartment was wonderful. The location was great and we were able to walk to most parts of Yerevan. The unit was also very clean. The hosts were also very respectful.

В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания: несколько комплектов постельного белья и наборов полотенец, запасные подушки, одеяла, пледы. Для уборки есть абсолютно всё. Достаточно много мест для хранения вещей. Мы были приятно удивлены разнообразием кухонной утвари - всего было в достатке и даже больше. Что очень важно - для всего этого была посудомоечная машина. В квартире работает система газового отопления, можно самостоятельно настроить температуру батарей и тёплого пола в ванной. Единственное из минусов - шумоизоляция входной двери. Если кто-то говорит в подъезде, то будет слышно. В целом впечатления отличные. Дом находится в спокойном спальном районе. В 7 минутах ходьбы от дома есть магазины с хорошим ассортиментом и ценами: MG и EightyEight. Также рядом есть рынок и чудесная кофейня Danielyan Sweets. Отдельный вид удовольствия - вид из окна. При хорошей погоде вид на закатный Арарат прекрасен. Хозяйке наша благодарность за квартиру, что стала для нас домом на эти 3недели

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

The place really felt like home, its cosy, stylish and most importantly very efficient as a location, price and value. Would definitely book it again for my next trip!

The apartment looks like in the pictures. But in reality is more spacious. Host is very kind and responsive, ready to help for whatever. Recommended!

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The views were stunning, and the design was so stylish and cozy. Communication was super smooth. Highly recommend!

Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town. Restaurants, spa and main sights - all reachable within walking distance :) Thanks to Karina once again for the nice stay we had :)
