Alt gik som planlagt, altid venlig og responderende vært. Behjælpelig med transport og anbefalinger til spændende ting at foretage sig. Alt i alt et super ophold. Særligt at der i køkkenet var de mest basale ingredienser og at der var toiletpapir, karklud og viskestykke.

We spent one week in the apartment. It was clean when we arrived. Arman met us and gave us a tour of the room. The heating is electric, but the apartment was quite warm and comfortable. The location is great—it’s downtown, and there are plenty of restaurants around the building.

Вид из квартиры это полный восторг!! Каждое утро просыпаешься с прекрасным видом на озеро и горы! Квартира уютная, очень тихая. В тишине слышен шум вол. Кухня прекрасно подготовлена для готовки, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Это то что нужно для тихого, спокойного отдыха))

Very cosy place in Yerevan! Loft apartment located Next to French University and a close walk to Victory Monument, around 5-10 mins. Very clean place, everything very tidy and great effort made before guest arrives to be presented homely. Has satellite TV, for relaxing, many channels. Host is very hospitable, left welcome gift and available for when help needed, speaking English. Large table, that is great for working/studying from. Internet is stable, fast, consistent. Great location, walking to cascade and then the center of Yerevan. Supermarkets nearby for shopping, supplies. Wonderful view out of the window, of Yerevan. Light is good also, coming in during the day. It is quiet, and peaceful, for good nights sleeping, resting, relaxing. I would recommend this place strongly - for cosy stay with privacy in Yerevan. As said by other reviwers, Eva is extremely friendly and proactive. She really cares about guests. Thank you so much for arranging to meet me and sending all useful tips, especially about the playground!

Valentina's place is really close to the Opera (which I attended three times during my visit) and also lots of restaurants and shops. The area is very safe (as is most of Yerevan) and central. The apartment was so quiet with beautiful large windows from the penthouse with a view of Cascade Complex. Valentina was very helpful at all times. I will stay here again - highly recommended!

The host very cooperative, we enjoy stay this place

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

Отличное место как для приватного отдыха, так и для исследования Еревана и окрестностей. До центра можно добраться за 15 минут на такси. В доме есть большой и чистый бассейн, удобная мангальная зона, сауна работает хорошо. Пять комнат позволяют разместить большое количество гостей. С балконов открывается прекрасный вид на город. В целом, в доме есть все необходимое, а хозяин приветлив и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить: в одной ванных комнат был повреждён смеситель и в душе не регулировалась вода. Также, не хватает более плотных штор - после восхода солнца в спальнях много света, нужны маски для сна.

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

Фамильная вилла в потрясающей локации! На территории есть фруктовый сад, за которым прекрасно ухаживают, бассейн и сауна. Также в паре минут ходьбы расположен древний монастырь, в который водят экскурсии. Точно стоит посетить. Это отличное место, чтобы провести ваши выходные в Армении:)
