I had a fantastic stay at Armen's place! He was incredibly responsive and even came to meet me in the neighboring yard when I mistakenly went to the wrong house (note: the correct house number is 11/11, not just 11). He helped me carry my luggage and was always available to assist. Armen was polite, proactive, and professional, truly deserving of his excellent rating on Airbnb. The apartment itself is spotless and very comfortable. Deliveries arrived quickly, and the location is perfect – within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and even a supermarket in the yard. The internet was fast, and the neighbors were quiet. I even extended my stay while searching for a long-term rental, and honestly, I would’ve stayed longer if I could. If I had to choose, I’d pick this place again in a heartbeat.

I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. The building and entrance were also very impressive, everything was clean and well-maintained. I want to especially highlight the host, Saro, who was very responsive and kind. It is a wonderful flat. Very modern, clean and full equipped. We had everything there that we used to have in our home. There are a lot of cafes, supermarkets and attractions nearby. The only thing it may not suit for everyone, because it is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. You should take it into consideration. But for us it wasn’t problem and we had a great time there. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back again next time here

It was a pleasure staying at Nara’s place, the house is situated in a vibrant location and Nara itself was helpful all the time, we asked for early check in and as this winter was colder that usual she provided us extra heater which was really appreciated!

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.

Мы очень-очень благодарны Светлане и локальной хозяйке-помощнице Сирануш - это не просто квартира, это по-настоящему уютный Дом. Пространство очень атмосферное и по-настоящему домашнее, можно прочувствовать настоящий ереванский дух. Всё очень аккуратно, чисто, красиво и удобно, есть всё необходимое и даже больше. В квартире очень тепло. Локация удобнейшая, самый центр. Сирануш была очень добра к нам, была всё время доступна и очень отзывчива, откликалась тут же на любой вопрос и просьбу - надёжный и добрый человек. Всегда теперь будем тут останавливаться, приезжая в Ереван. Спасибо вам большое!
