We enjoyed our stay at Nino's place. Great apartment, location and Nino is very responsive and welcoming host.

We stayed for a month and it had everything we needed in the apartment. There’s 2 balconies and beautiful views. Check in was flexible and instructions were very clear so that was helpful for our 5 am check in. David was very kind and upbeat in all communication. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the extra linens/towels since we did a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and the internet speed worked well. It’s walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and a big mall. Thank you!

I spent one week in Nica's apartment and I would definitely recommend it. The place is clean and well located. Communication with Nica was easy and friendly, and she agreed to let me check out later in the afternoon - thank you Nica :) However, I was there during one of the coldest weeks of the year and unfortunately the radiator in the kitchen was not enough to keep the place warm (especially the bedroom which is at the other end of the apartment). I did find an extra blanket as well as a small portable electric heater in the wardrobe, and after that it was better. Also, there is no clothes horse and the only place to dry your laundry is on the outdoor lines; that would be fine most of the time, but again, in the middle of winter when it rains or freezes, it's not ideal.

Everything was perfect, one of the greatest hosts of all time. Very friendly and welcoming. Place was even more beautiful than on pictures.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! Special thanks to Anna for her perfect communication and care.

Natia's apartment is very conveniently located at the end of Agmashenebeli Avenue: you go out and immediately get into a historic part of Tbilisi, built up around 1880s. This is the main avenue on the left bank of Kura and a good place both for walks (you can also explore nearby lanes and little gardens hidden in the yards along the avenue) and for eating out. Getting to the other side of Kura, the very central Tbilisi, is easy and quick. The apartment building itself, built, I think, in 1930s or 1940s, is inside the block, so you never hear the traffic there, which is a big plus. We stayed in the apartment over a fortnight and it felt almost like home. It is cosy and warm inside (important to note, as it was winter). Natia is an ideal host and a very friendly one. She replies immediately to all the questions and concerns and gives a list of recommendations for finding one's way around. My mother and myself are very grateful for our stay in Natia's apartment.

The appartment is warm and cosy, all household appliances work perfectly fine, and the bed is comfortable, which makes the place worth staying. Ekaterine is a nice and reliable host, who always stays in touch. The only thing I'd suggested to add is some utensil to brew coffee.

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Could not have been happier with the entire stay. The house was in great shape, the kitchen was great, and the neighborhood is lovely. We stayed in January, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and the garden, but I can imagine it would be absolutely beautiful in the summer!

We were a group of 5 friends without children and stayed for 4 nights during May. There were some issues with hot water on the first floor, it was available periodically (no issues on the 2'nd floor). During the bad weather it was quite cold inside, but the heating was turned off until the last day. The home is about 20 minutes from the city center, so I would recommend it only for guests with a car. As other comments already noted, the hosts are living in the same house just behind the wall so that you can hear them sometimes. For us it was not an issue, we didn't feel their presence. It was even helpful when we needed them. They are very nice and polite people, always were glad to help. The house is very nice to spend time in during both, good and bad weather, thank to the pool and the fireplace. The view from the balcony was unexpectedly gorgeous. Good kitchen with almost everything we needed. We glad that we stayed here, we would glad to spend here more time.

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days
