Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

In general we liked the view, apartment, amenities. Everything was ready when we came, the host helped us in finding the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Maggie's accommodation! The apartment has everything you need for short or long stays. I also appreciated how clean the place was. Maggie is a great host, friendly and quick to respond to any messages. Definitely recommended. :)

We spent a week at Georgy’s apartment and was more than satisfied! Georgy is an incredibly hospitable and responsive host. He was always available, ready to help with any questions. The apartment fully matched the description—it was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Отличная квартира для одного человека с удобным расположением. В квартире присутствует все необходимое. Анна очень отзывчивый и радушный хозяин, заранее написала все подробные инструкции. Однозначно рекомендую

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

She was very friendly and a very nice person. She responded me really quickly through text so the check-in was really smooth. The room was really neat and clean and there were many amenities including bathrobe, towels, bottle opener, and more. Overall, this was a really good place and I can fully recommend this place.

10/10 place to stay, if you are in Tbilisi you must stay at this excellent place. Hosts are very good

We loved our stay here, George is extremely nice, responsive and always ready to help. Just text hime if you need anything. The place itself feels like a mountain hut of some kind, even though it is in the middle of the city. There are some tricks you have to learn with the water heater, it requires a little patience and experimenting sometimes, but it’s not a huge problem. On cold days the kitchen can get a little cold, but you can heat up the upstairs area pretty well. We loved the neighbourhood too, there is a great bakery and a cafe around the corner, loads of shops, too. A really nice stay overall.

Es hat alles gepasst, Ninuca ist eine wirklich hilfsbereite und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, als wir etwas von Ihr brauchten hat Sie trotz einer Demonstration welche alle Straßen blockierte und den Verkehr zum Stillstand brachte den Weg auf sich genommen um uns behilflich zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder...

Great location, quiet place where you can relax & work (good internet). Will consider this apartment again for the next trip. Also big thanx for the coffee ;)

I recently stayed at this magnificent apartment that blended modern comfort with authentic Georgian style. The space was clean and comfortable and also filled with an array of beautiful plants. The attention to detail was exceptional and added a calming touch to my stay. The apartment was filled with natural light from its many windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The location was convenient and provided easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and made sure that my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience, and I will definitely be back in the future.
