The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

My friends and I only stayed at Hang's place for a night, but it was a really good stay as Hang was so kind and helpful. Knowing that we would be arriving in Hanoi early, as the train from Sa Pa arrives at 5:40 AM, Hang took the initiative to arrange for the cleaning services earlier, right after the previous guests checked out early to allow us to check in early. I'm so thankful for that, as our initial plan was to just drop off our baggage. The location of the apartment was great as it offered a nice view of the bridge from the 9th floor. Lotte Mall was also located nearby, about a 9mins walk. As a group of 4 girls, we felt safe as there was a 24/7 concierge at the lobby, with the floors only being accessible by an access card. One minor flaw was that the floors were slightly dusty when we were walking around barefoot. However, this is a minor issue as bedroom slippers were provided. Would totally stay here if I'm in Hanoi again! Thank you Hang!

Very nice apartment. Lots of space and very clean. There is a nice balcony with a great view of the area. The gym and pool are very good as well. I have stayed here a few times now and Huong has always been responsive and helpful

The apartment is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Me and my partner stayed here for a month and we were both amazed by Nga’s hospitality. She was very helpful throughout our stay and even gave us some delicious traditional food during the Tết, new year celebrations. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi. Cảm ơn!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war von der Küche über Badezimmer bis zum Schlafbereich sauber und schön. Leider war nur das Geschirr ein bisschen dreckig aber halb so wild. Leider ist es von der Altstadt weiter entfernt, aber mit Roller gut erreichbar (ca 10-15 min fahrt) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlensie gerne weiter.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room provided everything we needed and the location was great, The check in and out was easy and we felt really secure at Thao's Homestay. The free washing service was a bonus and much appreciated. Would recommend and stay there again.

We stayed at Chau' s and Ngoc's place for 5 days. Staying there felt like staying a presidential suite of a 5 star hotel. It was neat and clean. It was about 15-20min walk from their place to Hoan Kiem Lake. Chau responded quite fast to our queries. They even offered free laundry services during our stay there. When we checked out, they gave us a little gift which was very thoughtful of them. Highly recommended.

This Airbnb is very unique! Great ambiance, very well designed, comfortable beds. If you want a unique experience stay here, it maybe is not the most comfortable option but it is very cool and very cultural. The acs didn’t really work but that’s okay because it was cool and there were fans. The location was great with good bars nearby and the lake very close. I would stay here just for the vibes!

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Dieu Anh, die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Beschreibungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst schnelle Reaktionszeit von Dieu Anh wenn Fragen aufkommen oder etwas unklar ist. Sie brachte uns zum Beispiel Medikamente weil wir in der Apotheke nicht das richtige finden könnten, von der ersten Nachricht bis zur Lieferung in die Unterkunft vergingen 27min... grandios. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Stayed with Ha for the second time. We had a last minute change of plan and had to find an accommodation for our group very late at night but Ha was very quick to respond and arrange check-in for us. The house was very clean, spacious, quiet with excellent amenities. We ABSOLUTELY loved the view from the living room which was tastefully decorated. Great stay and would come back definitely.

Diep’s place was amazing and I highly recommend it. It’s located in a great part of the old quarter in Hanoi, which is near many restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions such as the prison museum just around the corner. It is especially good value for money and a really comfortable stay. The hosts were also really helpful and accommodating. Thanks to the great hosts of a great flat / apartment!

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. She ALWAYS responds to my messages in such a quick manner, and she is always willing to help me with anything I ask. Hannah’s home has truly felt like my home away from home

This apartment is in a great location, close enough to walk to the old quarter with far less noise and traffic to deal with. What I appreciated most when I arrived at 9pm after a long day of travel was that I didn't need to go out and get a bunch of supplies (water, coffee, eggs, bread, etc...) - the host took care of everything. Comfy bed, beautifully decorated, and having in-unit laundry was super helpful. When I come back to Hanoi I will absolutely stay here again.

Huong was very responsive and everything was easy and accessible. The place was in a quieter neighbourhood - lovely after a day in the noisy old quarter. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. So much value for the money! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.

Mr Ngoc is very responsive to any requests of mine and timely response too. He is dedicated and trustworthy as far as his service is concerned
