We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. We booked it for our last night in Baguio after finishing our sightseeing, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. The cabin was relaxing and comfortable, exactly what we needed. The bathtub was definitely a highlight and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! Locating the place was quite tricky and navigating the steep road was a challenge but the video guide sent by Sir Bobby was very helpful.

Staying at Kabsat really feels like "home". The view is mesmerizing and relaxing. The cabin itself is clean, complete amenities and stuff, as well as stocks and condiments. We love the whole set-up especially the balcony. Plus points for their doggos who welcomed us from the beginning and send us off when we're about to leave 🥹✨ owners are so kind too, approachable, and very responsive. Thank you so much poo! We highly recommended this. Good if you want to unwind and chill. Actually, 3d2n are not enough 😂 my partner doesn't want to go back to Qatar because he really enjoyed the whole experience. If we can give 20 stars, we would do it!!! Haha. Kapag bumalik kami ng Baguio, we'll surely have our stay here again and again. Thanks, Kabsat's Cabin for the wonderful place and experience.

Great place and will book again. The place is relatively old so do not expect tip top condition of furnitures and fixtures but the place is super nice and comfortable. It was perfect for our group meeting and team building. Request the stafff to orient you with the water heater. Nice view, great and helpful staff.

My wife and I loved our stay here. It’s so beautiful & peaceful. Our 2 dogs had room to roam and enjoy the open garden space. Our stay was made amazing thanks to the generosity and care of Mr & Mrs Apacway, who went over and above to make our stay both comfortable & enjoyable. We can’t thank them enough for ensuring we had a wonderful time. We arrived without our vehicle (due to an engine breakdown near Carmen Rosales and a subsequent rescue by our hero- Joseph), however, we were still able to commute into Baguio city by waving down a jeepney & coach from the main road. Coming back from the city we took the local bus (before 10pm) and also a victory liner coach. The cottage is a haven and we sincerely hope we get an opportunity to come back and stay again. If you’re reading this review, stop looking and reserve!

We had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, but even more breathtaking and cozy in person. The house was clean, all amenities we needed were provided. We loved how minimal the decor is and how plants are incorporated in the house. Ate Belinda the caretaker and the other one was not only friendly and helpful, but she went above and beyond in her service during our stay. We didn't expect that she would be available so quickly even for minor requests. She even spent time chatting and sharing stories, which was nice. We loved our stay! It was a great experience overall, and we would love to stay again.

The place is as beautiful as the pictures. All our requests were accomodated. This is a great place to bring dogs as the lawn is huge, fenced in, and well maintained. Wifi is also fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equiped with utensils, fridge, cooking tools, stoves, and ovens. There is also drinking water available with a dispenser for hot water. Overall, we loved our stay. We look forward to staying here again for longer!

Our second time staying at the house. Its just a wonderfully peaceful spot within a short drive to Bagiou centre. Liza, our host, was fantastic, always helpful and super friendly. The outdoor campfire area is just the perfect spot to gather with friends and family to chill over a few days. Highly recommend and we'll be coming back.

Had multiple issues with the transition from CJH to BCDA’s new management. Faced difficulties entering and re-entering the vicinity, with BCDA guards wrongly claiming that the cabin owner hadn’t registered us—when in fact, she had. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. Hoping BCDA gets its act together and improves soon.

I would recommend this to my friends.

Place is located in a great area. It’s in a safe and peaceful area of cjh. Perfect for familiy vacations.

We enjoyed our stay at Ma’am Arlenes’s place. The place is walking distance from SM Baguio, Session Road and Burnham park. The location is literally at the heart of the city. Will definitely book this place again. 😊
