很棒的民宿，乾淨的環境，很新的設備，地點也非常好

잘 사용하였어요! 방 2개, 욕실과 화장실 2개, 침대가 4개 있었어요ㅎㅎㅎ 지하철역과의 거리도 괜찮고, 내부도 깔끔해서 잘 사용하였습니다. 감사합니다.

We stayed at this apartment for a week and were sad to leave. It’s in a great area and easy to walk to 2 train stations and bus stops. The apartment was even better than the photos - extremely comfortable and the host was one of the best we’ve encountered! Very responsive and provided water and cake which was a very thoughtful gesture, together with a flexible check in/out made for a perfect stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in New Taipei City when we return!

The place is located at a prime location with easy access to the Da-An Forrest Park and many shops and restaurants nearby. Public transpositions are just a few steps away. Nearby universities provided an ambience of a cultured community while remaining down to earth and cozy. The unit is clean, open and comfortable, a perfect home base for our family to stay while traveling around Taipei and out of town. Brad is very responsive to our question and requests. We truly enjoyed our time staying here.

The host has been very helpful and kind to us even before we have checked in. The apartment feels like home and is spotlessly clean. The surrounding environment is very calming, peaceful and accessible to lots of food places and supermarket! It may be further from city, however, there are many direct buses and there will be train service next year too! The apartment is very popular and we definitely can understand why. We truly fell in love with the area and look forward to coming back! Thank you Hsin for everything! ❤️

This place really deserves the good reviews! True to photos and within walking distance to Ximending MRT. Host was really clear in explaining the amenities and checkin was a breeze. Rooms were well furnished and comfortable for all 13 of us, including elderly.

交通非常方便，房間設備都與描述相符，所需要的一應俱全，房東也非常積極主動，之後再到台北的話會考慮繼續租。

My family of 4 and a toddler had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and it was pretty clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it was pretty typical Taiwanese in terms of cleanliness. The neighborhood was a great location. There were plenty of spots to eat, stores, bakeries, pharmacies and laundromats near by. With that being said it’s a loud neighborhood with motorcycles riding down the road at all hours of the day. It’s also very close to a police station so you’ll also hear sirens all day. In the description it stated no heater but luckily the living room had one. We visited during the rainy season so the weather fluctuated. There was a washer in the apartment but no dryer and there wasn’t a space to hang your clothes after washing. We found a laundromat that did a wash and fold service nearby. The host was very responsive and friendly and we will recommend this place to anyone. Overall it was a good experience.
