Fantastic stay! The house is beautiful and well appointed. There are so many little touches that make it very comfortable—plenty of outlets with charger ports, lots of storage space in all the rooms, plenty of towels, lamps in all the rooms. We loved the location. My kids enjoyed the park across the street, and my oldest and I had a lovely hike on the trail in the day use area. We were rained out one day, but my kids had a blast in the downstairs room with air hockey, ping pong and arcade games. Fantastic home for families!

The home is amazing and the pictures are 100% accurate. Beautiful rooftop views of the city with a hot tub. Lots of shops within 20min and close to downtown. Drew is an awesome host and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cabin in Silver Point, overlooking Center Hill Lake. The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked far beyond what you'd find in a corporate-owned rental, thanks to Jessica and Tyler’s thoughtful touches as small business hosts. We loved supporting them and appreciated the personalized accommodations. The main living space was perfect for family movie nights, and while our boys were initially disappointed that the skee-ball machine wasn't in the game room, there was still plenty to do, so their disappointment quickly faded. The spa room with the jacuzzi tub was a huge hit—so relaxing! Jessica and Tyler were very responsive and even allowed us to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. While some reviews mention the distance to stores, we placed Instacart orders twice with no issues. Just something to keep in mind if you don’t want to make a long grocery run! Highly recommend

The place was gorgeous and immaculate. This is my second trip to Nashville and this was a great location for being able to walk to most places. It was close enough to Broadway but we were never bothered by noise. The elevator for the building is right outside the unit. The pool area is very cute though we didn’t spend a considerable amount of time there. It was nice to be at an Airbnb where we didn’t have to hide from the building residents and where we could walk in the front door. Lindsey was always responsive and helpful. When we got there, all the lights were on to highlight every room, and country music was playing on the sound system. It felt welcoming. We had a really good experience and would recommend this property highly.

We had the perfect petite getaway at this cozy spot! My fiancé and I loved exploring Cumberland Caverns, and the breathtaking views of the mountains made the trip even more special. The unique decomposition toilet was an interesting feature, and it worked perfectly for our stay, adding to the off-grid charm of the place. Evelyn was an amazing host—super responsive and provided great recommendations for local activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic retreat.

Had a great stay! The apartment was very easy to check into, very clean, in a convenient location, and overall very nice. The hosts were very responsive and friendly!

This was such a perfect location for what me and the guys were looking for. And waking up to the absolutely amazing view was priceless. Very simple and clear instructions and Kathleen was great with responding back when needed. 10/10 would do it again!!
