Pros: Convenient location-- close to market & restaurants, easy to buy food or eat out. Own washroom & an area where you could cook simple meal. Self adjusted air-con & good wi-fi connection. His unit had all the things we wanted. Host is super nice & helpful, came to bus stop to bring us to his place. He also offered to drive us to border gate of Macau & to airport free of charge, making it so much easier for us with luggage. He was very flexible with check-in & check-out, making it very convenience for us. He is very responsible, quick to response & always tried his best to resolve whatever issues we had. He even treated us with bird nests--something very expensive & very tasty. The best host we have ever had. Cons: the room is on 3rd floor & stairs only. His house is not smoke-free. One of his tenants is a smoker. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smokes. Good that we always went out during the day & were not affected as much.

Location is in a residential area so it's a bit far out from the city center but my family and I didn't mind it. Suki's place is very nice and well equipped for our 6 day stay. Highly recommend it if you're staying with your family and if you would like space where you can get together before or after excursions around the city.

El host es buena persona trata de comunicarse en el idioma que hables pero por favor tengan paciencia o usen el traductor en chino asi pueden comunicarse mejor . Esta empezando el es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte siempre . Solo falta precisar la ubicación y ya . El apartamento ea igual a las fotos y la zona esta al lado de una calle principal que tiene hasta un mcdonald por el precio esta bien

The place was great and quite spacious for its size. There is a lovely mall close bye as well.

place is well located for a short stay very good if your big guy it's small place bathroom small and I only recommend for 2 Max person but it's how all hk places small overall great for short stay

Convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, mall and MTR. Good value for money.

A couple of days before our stay we were notified we couldn’t stay here because of a leak. We were offered another apartment at 25 Wai Ching street, so this review is for that property. The rooms were small but adequate. The location is amazing…less than 5 minutes walk to public transportation, including the airport bus. Plus good restaurants, bakeries, etc. The curtains are pretty sheer, so you might need an eye mask for sleeping. The security guard is friendly but be prepared to be a bit evasive if anyone asks you why you’re staying there. I would definitely stay here again for the location!

Nicolas was super nice - he came out to pick us up himself and showed us around the place. The building has a history but the apartment is perfectly kept, super clean and organized. They’ve got everything you need here, like a kettle, hair dryer, all that stuff. Honestly most Hong Kong hotels don’t provide this much. The place looks really cool too - he’s got a Marshall, video game consoles, and tons of CDs/DVDs. We didn’t have time to use them this trip, but these things would make living here long-term awesome😊 For Hong Kong standards, this apartment is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood’s packed with restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops - super convenient and lively. Really wish we stayed longer than two days. We’d definitely book here again.

If anyone asked me for a recommendation on where to stay in Hong Kong, I would definitely say Desmond's place! It's in a central area and is very accessible to tons of restaurants/stores. There was tons to do just around the Airbnb, my friends and I were truly surprised by how close the airbnb was to the things we wanted to do. Desmond also was a super responsive host and provided super clear instructions prior to arrival! One thing to keep in mind however, is that the shower really only has hot water for about 10ish minutes. This is noted in the Desmond's guest guide book, so it is not something that was surprising for us but just something to note. 10/10 would stay here again if I ever were to visit Hong Kong again. Thank you Desmond for the wonderful stay! :)

Me and friends had a great time. the location is exactly what we need in our itinerary. walkable in MTR bus stations. near ladies market and other restaurants. Will still choose if we go back in Hongkong! ❤️

Five stars all around! We really enjoyed our stay in Youni's flat in Sha Tin. I am so happy we chose her place since it was clean, quiet, easy trasport options and right by the a big shopping mall! She is also very kind & responsive (and let us have a late check out). We had everything we needed and more! I also met her aunt who was so very lovely :) Thank you so much Youni! Hope we can stay with you again when we come back to Hong Kong!

Rudy's place was a great place to stay! The accommodation is nice and quiet while located at the center of the bustling heart of Hong Kong. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, the subway is about 3minutes walk and there are multiple bus lines right downstairs of the house. Rudy was also very quick to respond to our needs, and the instructions he gave for checking into the house was clear and thorough. We loved the experience and will definitely recommend it to people that are looking to stay in the area!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Place was near the MTR and the night market so I was able to roam the place easily.

This booking is made for my Aunt from Taiwan. She was very satisfied with the accommodation. The host responded quickly, and the check-in process was smooth. Upon entering the property, There was a nice balcony just in front of you with fresh air. The surrounding area consists of low-density residential，so making you feel like being abroad . It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Wu Kai Sha MTR station, and there are covered walkways along the route, The roads are wide and clean. Before you reach the station, there is a small shopping mall equipped with restaurants and a supermarket. Overall, My Aunt was very satisfied with Christy’s home!

Had a fantastic stay, was an ultimate location! literally downstairs from temple street markets and the imfamous dai pai dong. David responded and answered all our requests, and even helped get us an extra night of accom at another one of his airbnb spots when we realized we booked 1 day short. modern, clean and cozy interior.
