Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Amazing location, short walk out the back gate and you're on the beach. House is spacious and has beautiful gardens. Very relaxing stay.

Das “Charming Cottage” von Kate ist wirklich ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes ehemaliges Eisenbahner Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist top und mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ist es geräumig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist mit Ceran-Kochfeld,Herd, Mikrowelle und Nespresso Maschine komplett eingerichtet. Dazu gibt es noch im Aussenbereich einen großen Gasgrill. Obwohl das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen ist, geht man nur wenige Minuten zum Broadwater Park und zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum. Unglücklicherweise war unser Aufenthalt während des tropischen Zyklon Alfred, der fast eine ganze Woche gewütet hat und wir konnten mehrere Tage das Haus nicht verlassen; hatten aber trotzdem einen angenehme Zeit verbracht. Kate hat sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und eine Notfallausrüstung für den Fall eines Stromausfalls vorbeigebracht, die wir zum Glück nicht benötigt hatten.

As cyclone Alfred was approaching, Deidre had food , torches , safety lights ready for use if needed . Deidre & Des were amazing hosts who made us welcome , yet allowed us privacy . They went above & beyond in every aspect . Can’t wait to return .

This gem of a Queenslander affords the quintessential Australian experience. From the beautiful polished hardwood floors, the high ceilings, the large dining room table separated from the ample living space to the back patio with a table to seat 8, this house has it all. There are plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and ample closet space to unpack and store your luggage out of sight. The kitchen is well appointed- including enough wine glasses for any sized celebration!! - and Fiona has thought of all the daily items that you need. We really appreciated the large bottle of water already chilling in the fridge after our long day of travel as well as the Tim Tams that provided a quick pick me up. For American travelers, you will need to Google French press as there is no drip coffee maker but that just adds to the charm of the house. Easy access to the M1, in a quiet street with a coffee place and a service station within walking distance, Main Beach and Surfers' Paradise <15min.

The PERFECT place to stay with a group or family. Incredible facilities, incredible wide spaces, beautifully comfy beds, a heated pool, games for the kids, secure undercover parking, quiet neighbourhood, close to all the GC has to offer.. we didn’t want our stay to end. Summer was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. We hope we can stay again. Thank you Summer!

Thanks so much for our stay! We loved being so close to the beach and the headland, there was no need to drive anywhere. The house was clean and welcoming, and exactly as described in the listing. We felt right at home. Caterina's communication was excellent, giving us detailed instructions about checking in and out, and the expectations for our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Caba Treehouse! The home has beautiful spaces, particularly the back deck that looks over bushland. We had everything we needed for our stay, and our hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Incredible house, incredible location, we LOVED everything about it. There are so many amazing features that aren’t even mentioned in the listing. The pool was in such a perfect location, in the sun all day but with shade at the end for parents watching over kids. There was a shelf at the end which was perfect for little ones that aren’t confident at swimming yet. Dani was a friendly and attentive host and all her tips were absolutely spot on. We have already booked again for next year!

A huge thank you to Elizabeth for being an incredible host! The pool and Sauna at anytime was amazing, the manicured lawn in with the Cavoodle loved! Can’t speak more highly! A place you never want to leave!

Beautiful house which has got everything for a quiet peaceful retreat from everyday life. Highly recommend, Bonnie is a fantastic host.

Damons retreat was amazing. We were an extended family of 12 and this house was perfect. Bedrooms were all large and beds all comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful, a large area complete with everything you need and more, including a cupboard full of board games. We loved our stay and will hopefully get back in the future.

Brittany's house was just perfect for us. We enjoyed our four nights there, the added bonus of being able to bring our dog Brian was amazing. Sitting on the back verandah in the afternoon watching the sunset was picturesque. Brittany was very communicable and would recommend this house stay to all - beautifully furnished and clean. We had a great stay with our dog in tow. Dale and Kali were very accommodating of our dog and helpful, allowing our dog to run around their property off lead on several occasions.

I didn't want to leave, the moment I stepped inside, everything was calm and peaceful. Bettina is so welcoming and her taste is impeccable, so much better than I imagined. I slept like a baby and I can't believe it's pet 🐕 friendly!! Wine in the fridge, treats for pets, nothing missed. What a delight Bettina!! Thankyou so much...I'll be back. 💕💖🐕🏝️

Beautifully clean and comfortable stay prior to our son’s wedding in Byron Bay. Well equipped and large outdoor space with pool was perfect for family get together. Close to shops and beach walks. Thanks for a lovely stay.

nous avons été accueillis par Anna avec un sourire radieux. la maison est très bien située dans un environnement très calme et très résidentiel à l'écart de la ville mais tout de même très très proche de la ville. c'est une extension du pavillon familial qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires nous ne regrettons actuellement pas notre choix c'était parfait

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

Suited us perfectly. We just needed a comfortable place to stay as we were out the majority of the time. would recommend for sure.
