Mon appartement est situé dans un ancien chalet valaisan et a été entièrement rénové en 2018. Lors de la rénovation, j'ai apporté un soin particulier aux matériaux. Intérieurs en bois alpins traditionnels et équipements modernes. Une atmosphère chaleureuse et confortable est garantie. Enfin et surtout, une vue magnifique sur le Cervin depuis le salon et deux des chambres. En fin de journée, vous allez apprécier vous détendre sur le balcon tout en admirant le coucher de soleil sur le Cervin.

Our Apartment is in a very good location quiet but still very central and close to Bus stops, grocery shopping and nice local shops. The apartment features and a nice fireplace to warm all the guests of the house in winter. On the balcony you will find the nicest view overlooking the valley of Lauterbrunnen. The apartment even has a garden with a playground and a place for barbecuing. Perfect for couples and families with Kids One car parking outside and one in the garage

It is a one bedroom apartment, like a studio, with 3 beds. One is on the first floor in the open area, the other is on the top floor in the open area (this is a two floor apartment). The bedroom is on the second level. There is a bathroom with standing shower on the 1st level. On the second level there is a separate toilet room and an open bathtub right in the bedroom (totally open). There is a balcony in this apartment facing the inner yard.

Apartment on Lake Como

This beautiful apartment is located in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Northern upper West side of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
