Great place to stay for a night for work. Very safe and quiet. Close to restaurants for dinner and easy for walking up Te Mata Peak :)

Hilarious is an outstanding host. Her place is cute and roomy! We had room to stretch out, and we had everything we needed. Getting to smell her flowers in the morning was the cream on top!

We really enjoyed our stay at Evan and Karen’s. They met us on arrival and showed us around. The 1880 railway cottage was unique and comfortable. Close by their swimming pool was great and quite private. Continental breakfast was provided with a good selection of teas. The local pub and general store were a couple of doors down and the people friendly. Both did takeaways and you could get a bottle of wine from the pub to take back (general store didn’t sell beer or wine). Overall Otane was a great stopover on our way to Napier, a hidden gem!

We loved the flat: it had everything we needed, the 2 decks were super to catch some sun or shade, all in a very quiet, rural environment. Tina and Joe are very nice host with lots of info about the environment. We got fresh fruits from their orchard and they tasted fantastic. All in all a very nice stay in a beautiful environment.

Rachel's place is conveniently situated close to Napier. There is plenty to do with easy walking access to shops, restaurants and amenities. We did the Art Deco walking tour and visited the Gannet Sanctuary, both of which we would recommend.

perfect place for 2 People. 20 minutes from Napier, Just near te mata peak, wineries and much more Mary and Ataera are very nice persons, perfect communication. the house is looking like brand new. no hésitation sure you will love it.

Mei's place was comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were very friendly and allowed us to walk around and even pick from their beautiful gardens. The accommodations are very new and very clean. The kitchen was perfect as we prefer to cook most of our own meals. All the Furnishings are comfortable and clean. The couch and chair were comfortable which is a rarity in an air bnb. It came with a washing machine and a dishwasher which both were appreciated. Their location is just a short drive to the Art Deco District and set in a country atmosphere surrounded by farm ground. tThis is one of the nicest air bnb's we have stayed in.

We had such a wonderful 5 night stay at Lesley's studio. We fell in love with the space - a lovely private, peaceful oasis. The outdoor area was a real treat with a spa and pool and there was plenty of room inside to rest and relax. Charlie the dog was gorgeous! And Lesley was such a kind, responsive and helpful host - ensuring we had everything we needed for the duration of the stay. There were even some delicious surprise Valentine's Day chocolates awaiting us, which was so thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would whole heartedly recommend. We hope to come back and stay again soon, thank you again!! Paula and Rob x

Great BnB, brand new and really clean. Quiet neighbourhood a half hour walk to town. Samantha was a great host, would stay again!

We stayed at Gwenda and Jeff's Puketapu place for three nights and wished that we had more time there. From the time that we booked the accommodation until we checked out Gwenda was great with communicating with us. The instructions on how to enter the vacation rental were easy, and as it turned out, Gwenda and Jeff were there to greet us when we arrived! We had one small problem during our stay with the shower and they took care of it immediately. The vacation rental is exactly as described with a wonderful kitchen complete with microwave/convection oven, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, and a stovetop. The linens on the bed were very nice. You are in the country surrounded by beautiful landscaping and apple orchards. A carport and a hedge separate you from their house, so you have privacy. It was an excellent location to explore the local wineries and do some hiking, and explore Napier. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Deb’s and Wayne’s place. Great location to visit wineries and Napier. Our accommodation was lovely and the garden was just beautiful. Deb and Wayne were incredibly hospitable Just an around fab time

Honestly one of the loveliest hosts I have had. Genuinely appreciated her care and the flat was perfect for what I needed. Loved all the extras with the different spreads and breakfast options. The home was lovely with a great view!

Lovely place. Perfect for what we needed. Everything we needed was there right down to the little extra touches like leaving panadol in a jar in the bathroom incase it's needed! Helpful information booklet on everything i needed to know including suggestions on the local areas about restaurants close by and Wineries. They went above and beyond and noticed I'd left a light on in my car so came out to let me know so I didn't find a flat battery the next morning. Will definitely stay there again when we come back. Thank you.

A very nice place to live. The landlord are really really generous and kind and always offer us the fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden and orchard. My daughter loved to feed the sheep, too. It's a very good memory to live here. I will definitely book again if we come here next year.

We loved staying here. Great outlook, private and restful. Space flowed really well with everything we needed within reach. The locality was great, quiet but still close to the centre. Nice views out to Te Mata Peak. Lots of really nice touches which made it a very relaxing stay.

sue and mark are wonderful hosts. they met us at the gate, showed us the place and gave us great recommendations on places to go. the house is the best appointed air bnb we have had ( good quality everything). it felt like we were staying in a real home. comfortable beds , clean home, modern appliances… super cozy and comfortable. Friendly great stay.

A very peaceful retreat in the heart of havelock. The place was neat, tidy and I couldn’t recommend a better spot to relax in.
