We had a wonderful stay at Penny's Air BNB! Would definitely recommend to travelers! It was very cozy and spacious! Very quaint place with a beautiful countryside property feel to it! The host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely try to use again in the near future and beyond! So much better than a motel for sure!

Jodie was extremely helpful in accommodating a guest we were hosting on campus who needed alternative accommodation at short notice. We're very grateful for her responsiveness and flexibility!

My family and I were beyond impressed with this rental. We had dinner at Filo's Tavern as soon as we arrived. The environment was lively and the service was very hospitable. I highly recommend the Mongolian Ribeye Steak if you like a sauce that is on the sweeter side and we also had the special for the day which was Swordfish Kabobs on a bed of rice. The Swordfish was plated beautifully and tasted fantastic. The interior design was extremely charming and well-designed. I could not stop gushing over the wallpaper, floors, ceilings, light fixtures, door knobs, shower/bathroom sink fixtures, photos, bathroom mirrors, stairway with lighting, exposed brick and little house plants that were scattered throughout the space. Everyday I was able to prop my laptop up on the deep window seals that face the square and work while watching everyone move about town. We loved watching the march madness games every night on the gigantic t.v. while having foosball, board game and arcade game tournaments.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment. Both times I felt right at home. The space has everything you need to be comfortable during your time on the mountain. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot to stay on campus. It is so nice to have Amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer too!

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

While we didn't met Rachel we were greeted by Tom, the manager, and he was friendly and easy to get along with. During our stay we made a couple of requests and they were handled immediately. The building is old & quirky and a work in progress but the rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the creature comforts ( we got a tour !). Rachel and Tom are community minded and are working towards making Franklin House a vital part of the Cowan community. If you love small town adventures this is the perfect place to go ! We had a great time !

Another great weekend on the Winchester Square!!! And the addition of the 80' video gaming table was a hit with all us "Old Schoo; 80's" kids.

This was our third stay, and it has been satisfying to see the investments made in the property over time. First there was the addition of outdoor amenities like a picnic table, grill, and lights. This time we noticed upgrades like a new mattress, TV, and coffee table. The hosts were super responsive, too, when something came up. We look forward to seeing what’s next!

Have a very great stay at Jeff’s house in Shelbyville. It was a great location and perfect for our needs. The house is extremely comfortable and well thought out for guests. I highly recommend this house if you are in the area and Jeff has been amazing to work with.

We loved staying here and it was very cozy. We especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard for our pup! The house had everything we needed and made us feel at home.

Great place and great host would definitely want to stay again. This is an ideal place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Caverns.

Not only was the location absolutely perfect for our time in Lynchburg, but the history of the home was so neat the discover. We got to hear a story about that family while having lunch at Miss Mary's next door, and that made it feel extra special. The home has so much character, even with the modern updates, has the creaky floors. The bathroom shower had a little issue with the plumbing, but the shower was still great - plenty of pressure and heat. The beds were very comfy, and plenty of space for my family of four. I cannot stress enough how this house is in a prime location to the shops in the little town - and it really was a five minite walk to the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center. In fact, after the tour and buying things in the shops, it was such an easy walk back and forth that we put the goods at home and walked to the Mexican restaurant for dinner. Do not miss out on Crutcher House, you won't regret it! I really hope to stay here again on our next visit to Lynchburg.

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

Amazing home! Perfect for our stay! About 20 minutes from the caverns!

I’ve stayed at a few rentals in Sewanee and this was by far my favorite. It’s fresh, new, clean and charming. The entire place was stocked just right, and it was easy to get every where we needed to go. It felt like home, and I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. We loved it!
