他の人が書いてるレビュー通り、この家はインテリアがとても素敵でmarcoさんの愛情がたくさん詰まっています。加えて、私たちがこれまで経験したAirbnbとは異なり、まさにmarcoさんが普段住んでいる家に居候するような感じで、リビング、キッチン、ベッドルーム(クローゼット含む)には彼の素敵な趣味のものがたくさん詰まっています。特にキッチンは設備が充実しており、私たちに基本的な食料まで用意して迎えてくれたのでとても助かりました。また、タオルはたくさんあります。 プールも天気が良ければ気持ちよく、子供が遊ぶのに最適です。立地もビーチに近く、毎朝散歩していました。メルボルンの少し郊外で、ゆっくりするにはお勧めです。

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Absolutely loved our stay at Ramona’s with a large family group on the weekend of our wedding. So easy to get to, beautifully clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful two homes with so much space. We loved our stay and even walked down to our wedding at the Post Office Hotel from the house. Thanks for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend more!

The house has everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The supplied amenities were a welcome suprise. Fruit bowl, milk, cereal and condiments were available to us. We would definately book again.

Michelle's property was ideally located for the purpose of our visit. She is a wonderful host and was extremely diligent and interactive as necessary. Her property is very homely and so close to the local village. She provided us with some welcome "treats" which was such a nice and kind gesture. The house was very well presented, clean and tidy, and has everything you could possibly want. A great place to stay for our visit. Will certainly stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Louise's, and it was truly a delightful experience. It felt like discovering a little oasis in the heart of the city. After a busy day out, the courtyard provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The unit itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and tidy, and all the essentials were provided for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to come back to each evening. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to recharge in a serene setting!

This is easily the best apartment we’ve stayed in over many years of using Airbnb and coming to Melbourne. Kylie met us downstairs handing over the keys and giving us check in instructions which included a little flyer with how to get to the car park. Extremely well decorated and fitted out apartment. Comfortable beds. The little things like having tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge made a difference even had Tim Tams and other snacks in the cupboards. Would definitely recommend 11/10.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the piano factory and With no doubt Melinda and Steve insured the best hospitality and quick communication. Would recommend as it’s private and a great location with a short walk to local shops or public transport!

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Had a lovely getaway. Location was fabulous!!!!Kristina left us fresh fruit tea and coffee and even reached out prior to arrival as to which milk we preferred. Met all our expectations and more. We were given so many great recommendations which were spot on. Would stay again. Great place for a little getaway everything at your door step.

Our second time staying at Anne and Rods and it was perfect for our girls getaway to Melbourne! Close to the station and so many thoughtful touches in the apartment including breakfast and snacks :)

A really great apartment in Melbourne that came with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Was very easy to check in and the apartment is located near tram stops and a train station so very easy to travel around the city. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to our messages. Would highly recommend staying here!

Villetta super vetrata, situata in un quartiere tranquillo, arredo indiano, stanza per due davvero grande, bagno privato con lampade riscaldanti. Il letto più comodo in cui io abbia mai dormito!! I padroni super gentili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente se saremo da quelle parti.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Melbourne haben wir die Gastfreunschaft von Kumari und Paul genießen dürfen. Wir hatten ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und ruhiges Zimmer mit privatem Bad. Die gemeinsam genutzte Küche war sehr umfassend ausgestattet und Kumari und Paul waren jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar - oder auch für den ein oder anderen Austausch über Reisen und Alltagsthemen. Besonders genossen haben wir unser Abendbrot immer auf der Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Nach dem Aufstehen stand schon das leckere Frühstück bereit, neben Müsli , Joghurt, Obst und Brot gab es verschiedene Aufstriche, manche davon selbst gemacht. Einfach toll. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es knapp 15min zu Fuß, in die Stadt rund eine Stunde mit dem Bus, welcher wenige Gehminuten vom Haus abfährt. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und können daher nur jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Danke Kumari und Paul für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Ronelle and James’ property is an absolute gem and a beautifully relaxing experience. Ronelle provided excellent information before the stay, including an extensive list of local recommendations and tips which I really appreciated. The house and room is impeccably clean and perfectly stocked with all the essentials and thoughtful touches for the relaxing getaway I was looking for. The view at the property is something else entirely and I could’ve sat on the veranda just staring out into the fields/mountains all day. One of a kind experience, I will definitely be booking again and telling everyone about this place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis with us.

This location was conveniently located near my friends, especially as there’s not a lot of options in the area. It’s peaceful, pretty, cluttered with beautiful cultural pieces. The outdoor deck area is lovely to sit in and relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Dany is very hospitable and seems to love hosting. You have to share the bathroom with three other rooms, and if you’re in the single room, it’s on the other side of the house so a little bit awkward but you could stay in one of the other rooms closer. For my trip it was a good place to sleep while I hung out with friends at their place, so worked well for me. It’s definitely not the place for you if you want to be on your own and left alone, but even the single room felt lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks Dany!

I had an incredible stay at Darren’s Airbnb, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Barry and Parinya. Darren ensured all my requirements were met in advance, making the booking process seamless. Barry and Parinya went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Barry took exceptional care in getting me accustomed to the house, explaining all details about the space and kitchen. He was always available to help and even drove me around the city, helping me set up essentials and explore. What truly stood out was Barry’s generosity—he even took me for house inspections to help me find a long-term stay. When my Airbnb stay ended, he accommodated me in his attic room until my apartment was ready, which was a huge help. Barry and Parinya’s kindness, hospitality, and warmth made my stay unforgettable. I’m grateful for the bond we built and look forward to staying in touch. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a welcoming and homely experience!

I love staying at this little sanctuary . The gardens are beautiful as is the room amd I always feel so relaxed when I stay here. I visit my son who lives nearby and this is the perfect place for me to stay whilst travelling from interstate.
