This was a great location and great house to stay in! It was cute and clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! The location was perfect for the Tulsa Convention Center! We did drive to our events each day, but we could have walked if we wanted a long walk. We were close to a grocery store and some fast food. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed staying the weekend at Roi's residence. Was very comfy and close to our activity we were in town for. Would recommend to anyone that would like to stay.

Tara was incredible responsive and helpful. She helped us find a auto shop able to fit us in same day when we had car issues due to weather. She was also quick to clean up the property after high winds blew over trash. She really went above and beyond for us and the property was exactly what we needed.

This beautiful home feels like our home away from home! This is our 2nd stay here while our son attends medical school in Tulsa. It's always hard to adjust to a new bed while away from home, but not here...the beds are extremely comfortable. We will definitely look to see if this place is available first if we come back again as we love the place, the location, and Lana is always so responsive, proactive, and very friendly. Thanks Lana!

Amazing place, Amazing host. The backyard was really nice. Nathan was really nice, and gave ne lots if ideas for the next time we stay. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely stay again.

Great host. Home was accommodating for our family. Nice kitchen, large table to seat our family. We slept great in the comfortable beds. Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Our overall experience was wonderful. Would recommend.

The house is spacious, relaxing and easy to navigate. Instructions on how to operate anything and expectations were well done. Cat had to hire other cleaners due to her being out of town and they did not do a great job making the house ready for a new renters eg... dirty towels, very little toilet paper, no plug for the tub and dishwasher full of dirty dishes. However when I contacted Cat, she immediately responded and provided solutions and answers to rectify all issues. Once resolved we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent the house again the next time I return to the Sand Springs area.

We had our wedding at Miranda’s home and it was so so beautiful! My guests all loved it! It was quiet and private. The home is large with a perfect entry to have guests use for the eating and to use the bathroom. The outside of the home is absolutely beautiful and the decor inside was perfect. We used the front of her home for our ceremony and it was gorgeous. Miranda and her husband were very accommodating. I want to do it all over again!! 150% recommend to brides or just a great relaxing weekend for a large family.

Great place to stay! Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the apartment is very well maintained.

Our stay was great. Really good location - short distance to everything. Apartment was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Debi is a very good communicator and responded very quickly!

This place was inclusive of all amenities!! I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything that you need to make anything from muffins to casseroles! The utensils and glassware make it fun to cook for and with your family! Pressure cooker and George Foreman grill!!!?? Yes!! This location is steps away from Riverside where you can walk the Arkansas River and ride scooters/bikes with your family. I would stay here again!!!

What a great stay! Safe and gated apartment complex, coin laundry available, cozy and home-like, perfect for 1-2 people. Aside from a couple of small imperfections that affected the aesthetic, I have no complaints! The host was especially friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment-style location to stay at in the Tulsa area. Clean, roomy and secure. The record player with a box of available old school records was a very nice touch! Really enjoyed listening to that music.
