Tulum : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

An unforgettable stay with an incredibly kind and helpful host! We were very close to all types of food/pharmacies/excursions/taxis that made our stay so easy to plan and even harder to leave! We loved the unit as well and found the pictures don’t do justice how beautiful the unit/pool/amenities are - would absolutely recommended and love to stay again

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez JKW Vacaction Club, le logement était magnifique et très bien aménagé, petit bémol sur les travaux dans l'hôtel même si je suppose qu'avec un quartier en construction c'est un peu inévitable, malgré tout je recommande vivement !!

El alojamiento es precioso y muy cómodo, tanto el departamento como los espacios de uso común. Las vistas también. La playa fue difícil de disfrutar por las rocas y el sargazo, pero está cerca del coral lo que permite hacer snorkel y ver muchos peces. Hay que tener en cuenta que la ubicación es muy alejada del centro y otras zonas turísiticas, por lo que sí o sí es necesario un automóvil para realizar actividades fuera del alojamiento (salvo un cenote que queda cerca y se puede ir caminando). De todas formas eso estuvo aclarado desde el primer momento, lo que nos permitió preverlo y por eso fuimos en dos autos, por lo que no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para visitar otros puntos de Tulum. Hermosa experiencia.

great stay for a few nights in Tulum. it's on the edge of town which is nice if you are looking for a more peaceful retreat, which I was! you're surrounded by beautiful trees and tropical birds. it's really nice. it's still very easy to get to the center with shops and restaurants in a few minutes. the apartment was well decorated and furnished, and the bed was VERY comfortable. wifi signal was good and I was able to work from the apartment. there is a very cute cafe, Cafe Aroma, with great breakfast, juice, smoothies and coffee a few minutes walk down the road. Mariana was also so kind to bring a big bottle of drinking water after my checkin which was a friendly and appreciated touch. :) I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Casa Cheel! The apartment is spacious, the beds comfy and the rooftop with the swimming pool is what you need to relax and enjoy the sun. It is a 5 mn drive from Downtown Tulum and a 3 mn drive from a supermarket. Safe and relaxing. We definitely recommend it!

Nous avons aimé notre séjour. les hosts ont été à notre écoute et très disponible! les vélos sont super utiles alors que tout est relativement loin, dont la plage. il faut toutefois faire un dépôt de 2K pesos par vélo. sinon on a trouvé beaucoup de restaurants au alentour. l’immeuble est super neuf et la piscine au toit très belle et bien représentée dans les photos! Would recommend!

Superbe logement, emplacement idéal entre le centre et la zone hôtelière. On a pu louer des vélos pas très loin pour se déplacer. La piscine du roof n’était pas utilisable par manque d’entretien et certaines machines de la salle de sport ne fonctionnaient pas, c’est dommage on n’a pas pu en profiter et c’est en partie pour ça qu’on avait réservé. Je met une note de 5 car notre hôte est toujours réactif et le logement impeccable. Merci

Our family and I loved staying at Tulum Mi Amor! The host was lovely and so responsive to every need we had. You know it’s a great place when you’re sad to leave. The location was perfect! Close to central Tulum where there’s shopping and restaurants. We loved the food cart pod! They have live music and salsa night. Also a fun playground for kids right across the street. We hope to plan our trip next year in March and stay there again! Thank you so much!!

We were 5 people abd had a great stay at casa tiburun. The location is really quite and great for a relaxed vacation, but still close enough to the city center to make a spontaneous trip to shops, markets or the beach. The host responded really quickly and took care of all our problems and needs. Can really recommend the stay in this beautiful and clean villa

We loved our stay, and wished it would have been for a longer time! The views were beautiful. The snorkeling was amazing and always resulted in a new, fun discovery. The beach lounge area was perfect for our family, the kids could swim in the Caribbean Sea or the pool while we easily could watch them, or from the units balcony! The staff was above and beyond! So helpful and kind! The beds were very comfortable! The location was about 15 minutes from Tulum which made it easy to pop in for dinner or lunch. Also 15 minutes in the opposite direction to Akumal which was where we swam with sea turtles. Overall, highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the house and our hosts were very friendly and went over and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Even when we did have problems out of their control like the power going out they still accommodate us switching to a new home promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

5/5 Stars — A Dream Stay in Tulum! Casa Areca was everything we hoped for! The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute drive to Tulum’s stunning sandy beaches, yet tucked away in the serene Aldea Zama community. We felt completely safe with 24/7 security. The villa itself is beyond beautiful. The indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for soaking up the Tulum vibe, and the lush greenery surrounding the private pool creates a relaxing, tropical escape. The complimentary concierge service and house manager were excellent and really elevated the experience!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

I loved my stay! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Fer gave a ton of recommendations and was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the stay and always responded quickly ! We’ll definitely be coming back again.

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

I had a fantastic stay! Carol was an amazing host—super responsive, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She even assisted with booking a few things during our trip, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was spotless and modern, with super comfy beds and great amenities. Everything was clean and well thought out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again!

This was a great stay. I can’t write this review without including how amazing Gustavo is as a host. He was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. He made sure we have everything and even more. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great as well. Overall my fiancé and I had an amazing time and would come again!!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à Luis, notre hôte attentionné qui a littéralement fait des pieds et des mains pour nous aider à chaque petit besoin. Il s’est déplacé à plusieurs reprises pour nous dépanner, toujours avec gentillesse et rapidité. L’appartement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un soin remarquable porté aux détails — serviettes bien disposées, vaisselle complète, décoration soignée… tout était parfait pour qu’on se sente chez nous. Le complexe est magnifique, très sécuritaire, et la piscine est superbe et toujours bien entretenue. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % et je remercie sincèrement Luis pour sa disponibilité, son temps, et toutes ses petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence. Merci encore !

This place is just how the photos look! It's beautiful. The beds were super comfy and blackout curtains were a bonus! The design and architecture of this spot was unique and fun! We did have some problems with the water not working one day, but by the morning it was fixed for us! Having a car was convenient for us to go to Tulum beach and other restaurants in Tulum Centro.
