The setting was beautiful. Right on the beach. amazing sunrises, peaceful ocean breezes and sounds through the night. I was pleasantly surprised that the wifi was good. The refrigerator was larger than expected. I wish the kitchen had a large knife and a couple extra cutting boards for cutting fruits and veggies. My family is vegetarian. It would have been nice to have some tupperware for left overs. Overall a wonderful experience and great memories made. It was exactly what we were looking for in a quaint authentic beach experience. Einfach perfekt und zum länger bleiben :) die beiden sind super lieb (+Pancho der Hund <3) und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben tolle Tipps und Hilfe bekommen. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, hat eine tolle Lage,ist ruhig und sicher. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

The premises are very beautiful, a handful of villas on a clean, well-kept site, and your villa is steps from the beach. The villas are in the lovely rustic MX Riviera style, nicely furnished and airy. There are loungers and chair for you on the beach. The maintenance staff are on the job all day, cleaning and grooming the villas and the compound. We had a hard time finding the place upon arrival--mainly because one of the geo-locations on the listing is wrong by several hundred metres. Maybe that should be fixed? That was the only complication. Turns out, if you're driving along the Tulum beach road, you'll see a sign that says "Playa Selva" and you're there. Selva is one of the last generation of the original Tulum eco-resorts, worth it even at the cost.

Alvaro's family house is charming and authentic. The team on site is friendly. The chef cooks very, very well, and it is essential to use his services, because there is nothing around the property. Don't think about a restaurant, a store, or access to Tulum. The property is very far from everything and the road is super difficult to access (3 hours of road with holes, our children were sick..). On the way back, we took a boat on the lagoon, it was expensive but so much better than the car. Alvaro organized everything, he's great, much more than just a host. Overall, we had an amazing experience, very peaceful and authentic. We loved it !!

Fantastic place to stay, best area to be

We had an incredible 8 days at Casa Cavu ! The home was comfortable, clean, right on the ocean, and near to restaurants and downtown Tulum. The Grounds Keeper Jose and his wife Delfina were kind, attentive and wonderful. They kept us stocked with clean towels, necessities and even shared delicious home-made tamales with our family for a New Years surprise! The home, including the kitchen, was cleaned everyday! We used the pool and kayaks everyday and lounged on the comfy beach chairs to our hearts content. We walked just a short distance to several beautiful cenotes, snorkeled right off the dock by the house, and enjoyed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day! We highly recommend this property. If you are able and budget/time allow, we recommend having Jose and Delfina prepare a meal (or meals) for you and your family! You will not be disappointed - we enjoyed a truly special and decadent meal of BBQed authentic Mexican cuisine, sides, salads, and desserts.

Located in a boutique hotel, we had the penthouse suite with the ocean view. Zero complaints. The host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is across a restaurant and next to a pharmacy and a 7eleven. Highly recommended.💯

I was staying there for a week and would like to start with the concierge and service. I never had this experience with Airbnb before, 24/7 of a great service. From the airport pick up, you want a car to wait for you when you come, bike scooters and whatever you desire they help you with everything. This is above 5 start rating and thank you all the team for the unforgettable experience!! The house exactly and more as the pictures. Clean, very big and spacious got all you need for your staying and whatever is missing the concierge immediately taking care of it. Very beautiful home and highly recommended. Thank you Sagiv and all the team and a special thank you for Lizette for all the service.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious and clean. The top deck was amazing. Our private chef was amazing!! The food was delicious and we didn't go hungry! My only complaint was that the road to the airbnb was a dirt road and full of ruts which made the ride very bumpy. Of course I understand that this is beyond their control.

We had a great stay at Marc's place. The hosts were very proactive about reaching out ahead of time to see if we needed any recommendations, transportation etc. We were met by the host at check in to show us around the space, make sure we knew how the locks worked and see if we had any questions. We prearranged for the chef to meet us there with snacks and margaritas which was lovely. It's part of a townhouse complex with its own private pool in the back. Inside was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. Two bedrooms are in the main house and the other two were in the small casita near the pool, each with their own entrance and bathroom. This wasn't a problem for our group at all. Outside, there were a few comfy loungers by the pool. The fence is high so it is nice and private from the neighbors. The neighbors on one side did get pretty loud one evening but that is out of the hosts' control. There were several bars and restaurants in walking distance w/in Aldea Zama.

Everything was perfect, the location was elite and we felt safe. Only thing I would add is more towels to use but overall the house was great

From the moment I arrived, I knew this villa was something special. It’s spacious, bright, and has an amazing atmosphere. I loved the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen, well designed common areas, and a rooftop pool that quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. The location is perfect close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. Plus, the use of solar energy is a great touch. Definitely a place I’d love to return to!

Jennifer’s place was great. Pledge pool was a great place to cool off after nice long walks around the area. There are some really great restaurants in the area. They are more “expensive” restaurants but still reasonably priced and everything we had was great. Must check out the Mezcaleria. Food and drinks were legit! Also the cenote thats a 10 minute walk from the condo was really cool! Would definitely stay again!

Excelente lugar para alojarte, muy cómodo, muy accesible, solo tiene un tramo pequeño de camino que es brecha pero no está muy largo, el lugar está súper bonito, y muy bien cuidado. Fácil acceso y está cerca de la playa y del centro. Sin duda si lo recomiendo bastante! Además de la atención 🙌🏻

Gracias por todas las atenciones Sin duda la casa está bellísima, nos faltó tiempo para aprovechar las amenidades. El contacto con Mili fue rapidísimo, tuvimos un imprevisto y en 10 min ya estaba ahí con nosotros. La ubicación del lugar fue perfecta 10 min de las ruinas de Tulum 20 min de lagunas y cenotes 20 min para Xel-ha Sin duda regresaríamos para seguir conociendo tulum y sus alrededores Gracias por todo

Great place to stay, very responsive host, easy to check-in! Definitely worth renting an ATV, Scooter, bicycle, or car when visiting since it’s a bit far from town and the beach.

This house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It’s large, clean, and perfect for a big group. I stayed with 13 people and we fit very comfortably. The concierge service and housekeeper (Zoraida) went absolutely above and beyond. The concierge helped us arrange private shuttles, yacht rentals, and an in-house private chef, which was absolutely fantastic. The concierge also provided local recommendations and proactively helped us plan our trip. Zoraida, the housekeeper, kept the Villa spotless, made us coffee in the morning, and made sure we had whatever we needed, almost around the clock. Casa Isla gives you all the benefits of a 5-star resort with the comfort of a private home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this incredible Airbnb! Somehow it's even nicer than the photos. The rooms are all very comfortable and spacious. The entire place was super clean and stayed clean throughout our stay thanks to the daily cleaning service. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you would need during your stay including plenty of glasses and dishware. The host, Ron, was very communicative before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both easy. It was truly a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. We all just wish we could've stayed longer! Would love to come back someday!
