Perfect studio well equipped and in a beautiful community very secure and with friendly staff. Rooftop pool and gym overlooking the gym were my highlights! Will definitely book again.

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

Perfect, modern, clean, stylish condo. The building is really cool with lush, tropical landscaping and a nice pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood with cute, organic cafes a block or two away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have been more happy!

I’m a seasoned traveller, this is my 3rd year in Tulum & I’ve never had such an incredible stay. The condo complex is in a gated community so we felt extremely safe & walking into the building literally looks like a movie! Most of all, Sarahs energy as a host from start to finish made us feel at home. She was extremely helpful, friendly, responsive and just a joy to deal with. Thanks again Sarah! 100% coming back, soon!!

We spent 10 days in Katie’s Tao Tulum condo, which was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for two couples. The laundry facilities and well-stocked kitchen were great, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, complete with a pool and a walkable neighborhood. **Neighborhood:** The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants like Mamazul, Algeria, and Rossina Cafe. Massage at Tulum Wellness Center and chiropractic with Israel (above Safari Comedor) were just a 6-minute walk away. Chedraui grocery store is a short drive away—just remember to validate your parking ticket! **Beach:** The beach is around a 45-minute walk or a 20-minute drive away. We found biking challenging in the heat, so renting a car or taxi is advisable . Taxis varied in price from $20 to $40for a 7-minute drive. For beach clubs, we recommend La Zebra for its chill vibe and free parking with a receipt—no minimum spend required.

Where do we start….. reception is fantastic! Always helpful and friendly! Room was clean and perfect for us with our son (3). Beautiful clean pools everywhere! Pools upstairs on roof top, hammocks, swings, beautiful clean amazing. Like having the place to ourselves. Host was always friendly helpful and super fast at communication. Walkable to many places to eat and short walk/drive to downtown Tulum! Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return! Thank you

Mystique Temple was simply Amazing. The place was super luxurious, private and far surpassed all expectations. Super fast Wifi, A/C worked great, beds were so comfortable I slept the best I have in years. Its 10 min from the beach and 10min from Tulum centro so it was a perfect midpoint from what activity we felt like doing. Super clean and had a very native feel with a classy touch. Will definitely be coming back!! Private pool was super clean and refreshing first thing in the morning!

Echoing the sentiment of all the other reviews… This place is top notch. It’s clear that they’ve been operating this Airbnb for a long time and everything is taken care of exceptionally well here. Getting in and instructions are easy and clear. Communication is fast, friendly, and clear. The beds are incredibly comfortable with premium bedding. Most unique for Tulum: it’s quiet and it feels home-like (unlike many of the other places here that feel like sterile rental properties).

Nāmas is a piece of heaven in Tulum. The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, safe, & super welcoming. The host is super responsive & organized. The location is fantastic, close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a very comfortable & pleasant stay at Nāmas! Only small downside is the roads in La Veleta aren’t great, lots of potholes & water pooled on the roads. If you are renting a car, keep that in mind!

Place was beautiful. Birds chirping in the morning. Really comfy bed and beautiful shower/bathroom. Close walk to beautiful restaurants market shops and coffee and most of all felt really safe and well looked after as a solo female traveller in this area. Geraldina was also super responsive to questions and offered great local activity suggestions, and staff around accom were super polite and helpful. Situated right next to Hotel with daily yoga and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again.

What a gem of a condo! The building is beautiful, pool is stunning and everything was peaceful, safe and very comfortable. Best way to get around the area is by bicycle (we rented electric bikes from Twist and Glide for not much more than pedal bikes. This gave us access to all of Tulum!) The location of our condo was so easy to find no matter where we ventured off to! Gustavo was fantastic at communication. Helped us with everything we needed very promptly. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Looking forward to my next trip to Tulum! Beautiful area, wonderful airbnb host!

Would easily stay here again. It was low season so it was quiet but the place was just as the pictures. There was a small ant infestation, but nothing that can’t be taken care of. The hosts were super responsive and check in was super easy. I’d recommend this place to my friends and I hope to come back and stay there again. Super safe and good community vibes. Loved riding my electric scooter around the neighbourhood

Staying at Blair's place was an absolute dream. It was so comfortable and inviting that it truly felt like a home away from home. In fact, we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for over a month! Blair was the most accommodating and helpful host we could have asked for. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and went out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her warm hospitality and genuine kindness made all the difference in making our trip truly special. I can't recommend this listing enough. Whether you're looking for a short getaway or an extended stay in Tulum, Blair's place is the perfect choice. You won't be disappointed!

I stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time and everything is in walking distance. This is definitely the kind of place that I love because it is located in the town of Tulum which is further out from where resorts are for instance. There are many delicious restaurants and small shops around. I love that the condo has a plunge pool, and downstairs they have the pools and lounge area. Emma was helpful in finding us even a taxi which was extremely helpful but we mainly walked everywhere.
