La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

Beautiful clean place! Everything was spotless! The room! The bathroom! The pool.. everything was just perfect. Its a secret hidden gem. Im a frequent flyer and I must say this was one of my favorite places to stay.

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

This place is fabulous - the walkability of it and closeness to amazing restaurants and being in a local neighbourhood were really the standout parts of our stay. Not to mention the POOL! The home had everything we needed to make our own meals and the communication from the hosts was some of the best I’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back in the future!

The MOST comfortable and relaxing Airbnb you could ever wish for. The hosts were a dream to work with. There’s the cutest coffee shop up the street called Green vibes with the best smoothies and other goodies to choose from. This place is a MUST! Reliable transportation options through them, private chef Karen and the mixologist the nomad sip… all wonderful people recommended to us by our wonderful host Denisse. The pool was always a great place to find ourselves every morning and evening. There’s nothing to complain about. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

Had the best time and a lot had to do with Lupita’s good recommendations for driver and chef but also restaurants. She helped us make reservations and get pizza delivered!

Lovely home in a good location, possible to walk and bike to nearby places. Good amenities and responsive host.

Beautiful house that looked exactly like the photos. Celine was so kind, helpful, and responsive. We had a group of 11 girls and we were all comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!!

This little oasis was a perfect little hideaway for me for a couple of days before my training started. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and I loved loved loved loved (!!!) that she left me some things to have for breakfast and snack. This place is so magical! The landscaping on this little plot of land makes it feel like secret hideaway. I was very happy hanging out there and preparing for my training. The plunge pool is a nice treat after a steamy day out and about. Tanya is one of the all time best hosts!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the casa! Brigitte, our host met us at the house and showed us everything. We arrived on Christmas Day and she picked up some grocery essentials as we were not sure if stores would be open. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that came up and provided lots of help and local knowledge. The house was immaculate and walkable to coffee shops and cafes and a small market. We had a wonderful meal at The Orchid House, a hotel and restaurant right next door. The stay included a mid-week cleaning. We took advantage of the chef service twice. Chef Jesus and his assistant came to the villa and made a wonderul surf and turf Christmas dinner for us, complete with amazing cocktails. They also did a taco night for us at the house. Parking was easy. This was by far the best service we have had at a rental. and we have stayed at numerous AirBnBs throughout the US and Europe. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Malgré quelques petits désagréments, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et ont toujours pu nous apporter une solution rapidement. Concernant les activités sur place, nous avons là encore été très bien conseillés. La maison est très bien équipée pour passer un incroyable séjour et je recommande vivement cette maison aux futurs touristes de passage sur Tulum !

This Airbnb was the best one I have stayed at. As a prior Airbnb owner myself, this one was top notch! It was clean, modern yet warm! The decor was amazing. They picked up our favorite snacks and drinks prior to our arrival. They helped us coordinate rides and concierge. There were 6 of us that stayed and there was more than enough space for us to feel like we had our own individual space. All The furniture including the beds were really comfy. Each room had its own individual ac unit. We all slept soundly at night and loved waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning. We really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together at the large dining room table and loved playing card games there in the evenings. The pool area was my favorite. I enjoyed taking a morning dip. The hosts were so responsive throughout our stay. We had NO issues. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Casa Lou was an absolute dream! It looks exactly like the photos. The pool was amazing and there were lots of areas to lounge around. We had a group of 7 and fit very comfortably at the airbnb. The pool bed and bean bags were awesome. The host was very friendly, gave lots of great recommendations and was amazing. The host booked reservations for us and recommended a driver. We got the private chef through the host for brunch and it was delicious. The Airbnb was in a quiet residential area and walkable to many restaurants and cafes. The Airbnb is a short drive away to the beach area. Overall, our group loved the Airbnb and would recommend it to everyone!

The Brooklyn Bungalow was nothing less than AMAZING. We had two other couples with us, and ALL of us were impressed. The home was clean, inviting and comfortable. The pool was spotless, the kitchen was great for the meals we cooked and the bathrooms were pristine. A quick walk to a few coffee places, and we highly recommend Chencho’s for breakfast and Pinche’s tacos for lunch OR dinner. Rosa was fantastic in her communications with us and recommended Vito, a personal chef, for a special dinner made in the home. FANTASTIC!!! Vito welcomed us to the house and showed us around, and he was so friendly and informative. WARNING….The roads to the place are NOT for the faint of heart…istg a toddler could stand up in one of the potholes (not even an exaggeration)….but that is NO fault of the owners. We would DEFINITELY return. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to being repeat guests!

Valeria and her team were increíble! Daniel. Especially! My friends and I stayed at the house and had the absolute best time. Super private, private pool, wonderful space. And we met the neighborhood cat! Everything was amazing. Daniel comes each day to pick up the house and do the dishes. Laundry is available for additional small cost and worth it! Thank you thank you!!! We will be back.

We stayed in the Pijiji villa for 4 nights. Our stay was spectacular! Pijiji is set back from the beach, which we knew from the listing's description. But don't let that deter you, it's ~30sec from the villa to the beach. And you have dedicated loungers on the beach, so you never have to worry about getting a spot. The privacy of Pijiji was what set it apart from the other villas on the property. It's nestled on the property surrounded by trees and other lush plants. The front faces toward the beach and enjoys cool breezes and the shade of the surrounding canopy. While the front balcony doesn't have direct views of the ocean (not a problem for us), you can sit and enjoy the warm weather and fresh air while listening to the sounds of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day down on the beach. Having a private outdoor spot protected from the elements was a welcome plus to our trip. Hui & Stefan are amazing hosts. Their staff is unobtrusive & helpful. — We'll be back!

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! The location was perfect! Close to everything while still feeling private and peaceful. The property itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a great touch after a long flight. The host was incredibly responsive, providing tons of great local recommendations. One of the best parts of our stay was how seamless everything was. They arranged shuttle service to and from the airport, making it super easy for our group. Since we wanted scooters for the trip, they had them delivered directly to the Airbnb for all of us—such a game-changer! They also provided shuttle services for our nights out, so we never had to worry about getting around after drinking. This was my first time in Tulum, but after this experience, it definitely won’t be my last. 5 stars all around!

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

We were 5 people abd had a great stay at casa tiburun. The location is really quite and great for a relaxed vacation, but still close enough to the city center to make a spontaneous trip to shops, markets or the beach. The host responded really quickly and took care of all our problems and needs. Can really recommend the stay in this beautiful and clean villa

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The included daily cleaning service made the stay even better.

This house was just want I wanted! Great for groups of people who want to commune but still have their privacy. We were able to fit 16 people comfortably. It’s a beautiful house with a great pool. The pool was used often. One thing to note is that the street the house is on is unpaved so driving on the street can be bumpy. 10/10 would still recommend for a group
