The place is very comfortable and spacious, just as displayed in the photos, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The staff is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time at Alejandro's place.

It's clear that the owners of this unit DO NOT shop at the dollar store and truly care about their guests' experience. They supply high quality towels, bed linens, dishes, cookware and provide bottled water in a large cooler, toiletries, cleaning supplies and laundry soap. The greatest part about our 5 week stay was the co-host, Alicia, who replied INSTANTLY to any request for help or information. She also had cold beer waiting for us in the fridge! The unit is in the perfect location with respect to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The only drawback is the strength of the internet. For typical use, it was fine. For the digital nomad hosting Zoom meetings, it was hit and miss. This was solved by buying eSim data and hot-spotting myself for those times that the internet speed went down (usually between 12-3pm or so). It's a great spot to stay!

It was difficult to find following our phones directions and not fun to look for in the scorching sun but once there, hosts were responsive and helpful. Place was huge, clean, and clutter free. Pool was enjoyable in the evening. Quiet, great location and within walking distance to many nice restaurants, bus station, and convenience stores.

This is a beautiful place, great to have been able to stay here, would definitely come back!! Thanks for everything, had a great time

This place was perfect. Slightly off the beaten track of busy Tulum, nestled into a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. The place is just like the photos, the bathtub, patio space and everything else was a great space for myself and my partner. The bikes were the best, we used them constantly and road all over Tulum, down to the beach almost everyday. Bed is comfortable, great shower. Kitchen handy to make some quick meals. Fave spots in Tulum were La Zebra beach club which has no fee for sunbeds, La Alfonsina and Cafe K Anaab. If back in Tulum would DEFINITELY book this beautiful spot again.

Me encantó la casa, perfecta para ir con amigos o con la familia, definitivamente regresaré. La ventaja de tener tu propia alberca y además de la común que esta increíble. Bobby super atento, estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros, muy buen anfitrión.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Nahouse is a 10/10. It’s a clean, beautiful, quiet, peaceful place at a very affordable price. Wifi is a legit, consistent 50 mbps for anyone looking to work remote. Router is sitting right next to the desk its perfect. All the details are super well thought out: They have clean water from a separate faucet which is so so convenient, outlets are all over the place wherever you need them, they clean the pool every morning so it’s pristine, their service guys are there 2 seconds after you text them, A/C works great, water pressure is bomb. My girlfriend and I feel very lucky. Im tempted to go back for a month and live there working remote.

Great place that fit all of my needs. I wasn't traveling with a pet but the fenced in yard would be ideal if you are. Speaking of pets there is a one-eyed orange cat near the home that could use the occasional hand-out if you spot her.

El penthouse es muy bonito y cómodo, todo lo que se necesita para descansar en vacaciones, además de que está cerca de todos los lugares populares y turísticos de Tulum. El jacuzzi en la terraza fue fantástico, pude relajarme y tomar una copa de vino sin tener que preocuparme por nada. Definitivamente es un lugar extraordinario para hospedarse lo recomiendo 💯

Perfect studio well equipped and in a beautiful community very secure and with friendly staff. Rooftop pool and gym overlooking the gym were my highlights! Will definitely book again.

We had a fabulous stay at Jean Paul's place in Tulum. The complex is amazingly beautiful, even better than the pictures in the listing. Pools, fountains, cool hang out areas, great lighting, well appointed gym, the list goes on and on. The unit was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay really enjoyable. We also enjoyed the private setting. Jean Paul was a great host -- responded quickly to our questions, offered local recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. We were very satisfied with this property and would definitely book it again. Great value.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous, very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-Fi was spot on, which was great for both work and leisure. We had a fantastic time at a rooftop party, it was so much fun! But the property also offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere during the week, making it ideal for working or unwinding. As other guests have mentioned, the roads can be a bit bumpy, but that's totally normal for Tulum and part of the experience. It’s not unusual, just something to keep in mind when planning your trip. We’ll definitely be coming back – our experience was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Diego ist ein guter Gastgeber, der sich permanent erkundigt ob es einem gut geht und alles in Ordnung ist. Leider war bei Anreise ein Problem im Badezimmer, welches aber schnell behoben wurde. Ansonsten kann man Diego und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Man bekommt sehr viel im Gebäude geboten und man erreicht fussläufig alles was man zum Leben braucht!

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Super bel emplacement. Carlita est une bonne hôte et a pris soin de nous. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le wifi tout le long de notre séjour nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus d'aide de ce côté. Il était difficile de communiquer avec l'hôte car nous avions que du réseau en bas à la réception. Le reste était parfait, bel emplacement, excellente commodité avec le petit restaurant en bas et les deux piscines. La chambre était propre et le lit correct.

The flat is exactly as described and it is amazing! It is a peaceful place in Tulum far from the crowds. Private swimming pool, amazing terrace are great after the whole day of sightseeing. It is calm and special accommodation, thank you!
