Tulum Municipality : locations de vacances dans des bungalows

Je n’ai jamais rencontré quelqu’un d’aussi réactif que John. En quelques secondes il répond à toutes les questions, se déplaçant en personne et toujours le sourire aux lèvres. La qualité de son accueil et de sa disponibilité combinés à une élégante discrétion ont contribué à notre si beau séjour. Il est super avec les enfants qui ont adoré partir à la recherche des toucans cachés dans le domaine. Les piscines sont super, les espaces bien entretenus et joyeusement décorés. La localisation est magnifique: proche des centres d’interêt touristiques tout en offrant un lieu calme au milieu de la nature. L’appartement correspondait à nos attentes. Seul point d’amélioration s’il faut en citer un: la batterie de cuisine mériterait d’être étoffée. Bref: super endroit pour les familles !

Suzy’s house is beautiful, as is the setting. Very tranquil and peaceful, yet still only a 30 minute drive or so to the beach and also close to Coba. Suzy was super helpful with recommendations and very communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum downtown.

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

We loved staying at Faye's place. It was so fun to watch the monkeys above us & listen to the birds each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. The hosts were super friendly & took the time to teach us about the wildlife & the surroundings. Everything about the place was comfortable. We'd love to come back another time.

We loved our stay at this home! The team was friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and fun for the kids. The location was perfect as we explored nearby cenotes, the water park, Tulum and playa del Carmen. We loved being right on the beach and the team there worked hard to clear the seaweed so it was never a problem for us. We loved using their kayaks and the kids loved the pool. When we did have an unexpected issue with the door, they were quick to respond and get it fixed. We are happy our family chose to stay at this wonderful place! Thank you.

We visited Nahouse for our trip to Tulum and were so happy with our stay. Much quieter than the busy hotel area, but still close to so much. Holistika is a short walk away, as is a tasty, mostly vegan, marketplace called The Gypsea Market. Parking was no problem since we had our own car, but the road to get there is pretty rough. We had a basic Prius like car though and made it fine, we just took it slow. Some options to get there are rougher than others. The Zapote lodge is the furthest from the little Cenote they have there, but it’s less than a 30 second walk away and was never crowded, in fact we were the only ones there whenever we went. Altogether a really beautiful space right near Tulum town with a very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely consider coming back on another trip to Tulum!

The house was great, spacious and clean. Located in a gated community. Location was amazing, there was many places to eat and check out within walking distance. Had an amazing stay

The casita is basic but it is as per the photos and as we expected. We thought it was fantastic! We got clear instructions on how to get there so found it very easily. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen only has a 2 burner stove, but in terms of utensils, pots and pans, etc it is very well equipped. Eskies and a BBQ are also included in the kitchen, along with a BBQ griller, all of which was great for a picnic and cooking over a fire on a nearby beach. We were there one day after rain and on our first night there were mozzies, so pack mosquito repellent and mozzie coils. But after the first night they weren't really a problem. Alberro, the caretaker, is very friendly and helped us out with hints on places to see. He also organised a boat tour for us, and lent me some fishing gear. Punta Allen is great. Very relaxing, friendly people, great, cheap food, good fishing, and everything we hoped for. We were sad to leave. Some things to note though: 1. The road is very rough! We come from Darwin, Australia and I am used to rough roads but this is probably the worst I have been on. It took us 3.5hrs to do the 40-45km from Tulum. It isn't boggy, just lots of potholes. Pamela suggested we take a boat out there and whilst I did enjoy the drive, I think if I were to go again I would take her advice. We had a 2WD Dodge Journey as we couldn't hire a 4WD in Cancun and I wouldn't suggest taking anything less. We saw people in smaller cars. Some turned back, others took a very long time to get there. 2. The electricity in Punta Allen only operates from ~10am-2pm and 6pm to 12am. Not a big deal but you don't have 24hr power and some shops were closed when the power was off......so it is a good idea to grab beers around lunchtime :) 3. There is no ATM in Punta Allen and I don't think anyone has visa, so take all the cash you require. We only had just enough for 7 days and could only do 1 boat tour, which was 1700pesos for a private boat for two adults and two kids. 4. There is a small beach near the lighthouse which is fantastic and has good size bonefish only 20m off the beach. It is well worth the 40-50min walk from the village. But avoid sunset as the mozzies are thick!
