Schönes modernes Apartment. Bequemes großes Bett, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Großer Balkon und der Pool der Anlage war auch sehr schön. Der Wasserdruck für warmes Wasser war leider sehr schwach und bei 5 Nächten wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man die Handtücher einmal hätte wechseln können. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ist man schnell im Restaurantviertel von La Veleta. Für den Strand braucht man natürlich ein Fahrrad o.Ä. Alles in allem, ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in Tulum. Paulyna war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super geholfen bei Ausflugempfehlungen etc. Tolle Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist absolut gigantisch und einfach ein Traum. Immer gerne wieder!

estadía maravillosa, lugar increíble , limpio y moderno. La atención fue excelente y el lugar magnífico para unas excelentes vacaciones. El único detalle, que aclaro, no tiene nada que ver con el hospedaje es que el acceso al residencial, todas las calles , a excepción de una (Avenida Kukulkán) , están en vías de pavimentarse, por lo que la llegada en coche es sumamente complicada porque esa lleva de hoyos y baches . Hay que tener precaución solo en eso. Todo lo demás fue excelente, lo recomendaría al 100%.

Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé, condo exceptionnel. Merci, notre expérience à été parfaite ce qui nous fera revenir l'année prochaine sans aucun doute. L'accès au spa et à la salle de sport est un réel avantage. Hôte très flexible sur les heures d'arrivées/départs à cause des avions contraignants, merci encore pour cela. Si devrais émettre un seul et unique point à améliorer ce serait la communication avec l'hôte (parfois un petit peu lente). En bref, merci beaucoup c'était génial.

The apartment is a really beautiful and peaceful space. It felt like a retreat being there. Gorgeous light through huge windows and beautiful palms outside. Lying in the hammock outside in the little courtyard is heavenly. Catarina was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of her time explaining what to do in the area. The only negative comment is that the staircase to the second floor has no railings so this may be challenging for older or really young folks. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to just be and is clearly a space that is cared for and special.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy pero muy cómodo, excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra muy cerca de los colectivos y de la avenida principal…. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar!

El espacio de renta es muy funcional, limpio y con gran confort, gracias al mobiliario, electrodomésticos y utensilios que hay en el departamento, es un lugar muy limpio, silencioso y seguro. Es destacable la pronta y efectiva respuesta del anfitrión, muchas gracias, lo pasamos muy bien esperamos volver pronto.

I LOVED staying at Elizaveta's apartment. It is a comfy, quiet and lovely space. I really enjoyed having my own little back yard and plunge pool too. The building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus It's a wonderful building and the staff is very helpful. There is 24 hour security and I always felt safe. I could easily walk to little shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again!!!! I miss it already!!

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Fahrräder gab es je nach Verfügbarkeit - man muss einfach häufig genug fragen, dann kriegt man auch welche. Etwas abgelegen von der Touristenstraße (ca. 30min zu Fuß). Ansonsten wird drumherum sehr viel gebaut in dem Areal, welches akustisch aber nicht wirklich zu hören war. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Logement très confortable et calme à moins de 5 km de la plage et du centre de Tulum. Le logement se situe dans une nouvelle zone d'habitation mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des constructions environnantes. les espaces extérieurs et communs sont de très grande qualité et nous avons pu profiter d'une grande piscine avec peu de monde. Petit point d'amélioration (mais qui ne gâche en rien le sejour) : le peu d'équipement de cuisine, notamment casserole. A recommander sans hésiter :-)

Der Aufenthalt in Maddies Apartment war entspannt, die Einrichtung sehr stylish, vom Balkon hatte man eine schöne Aussicht auf Palmen und Pools . Der Sound der Vögel war amazing . Auf Fragen hat Maddie sofort reagiert und sehr wertvoll waren auch ihre Tipps. Wir haben es sehr genossen

Muy cómodo, un poco de ruido por las construcciones pero muy bonito

This was an excellent stay; clean, modern, beautiful building (pool was really nice - the photos don’t do it justice), wifi was strong enough for work calls, location right beside the grocery store and a brand new gym, laundry and restaurants on the ground floor. Essentially everything you could need was no more than a 2 minute walk. A few considerations I’d want to know: - we had 2 power outages that lasted several hours before coming back - the AC broke twice, also lasted several hours before getting fixed - there were a few cockroaches in the bathrooms, I will say it was far less than other places I’ve stayed in Mexico, but they were there - the TV just stopped working, this was never resolved - Shower drainage was very slow, often flooded the bathroom Diego was very responsive and the above issues were almost all fixed, some of these are also not uncommon for Mexico and owners have little control over them. Overall we really enjoyed the place, good value for the price.

Modern and very cozy flat located in a big resort area. Very good communication with the host AL and many useful tips. In case you do not have a car, it is not easy to find a place to eat since the resort area is includes exclusively all-inclusive hotels. You need either to take a colectivo/taxi to Akumal or Tulum, or to buy a daily pass/ lunch / dinner ticket to eat at the central building called Casa de Club ( the Club House). However there is one close place to eat -" Beached bikini bar" located directly on the beach 10 minutes from Bahia Tulum beach towards Akumal. They serve great ceviches, tacos and pizzas and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We went there every day.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Poolbar mit Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die Kommunikation mit Marlene und Sergio war sehr schnell. Ich hatte am selben Tag gebucht und konnte noch am Abend ins Zimmer!!! Top Service! Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und das Zimmer war auch sehr gut. Lediglich der Tisch zum Arbeiten ist sehr klein und die Zufahrt ist aufgrund der schlechten Strassenverhältnisse etwas mühsam. Aber alles in allem ein perfektes kleines Refugium in Veleta!

Lugar bonito y cómodo el lugar el muy tranquilo en la noche no se escuchan ruidos. Lo recomiendo mucho la Pequeña alberca está agradable.
