Jessica and Sebastian were fantastic hosts! I rented the entire property for my daughter’s first birthday and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The property was accurately described in the listing and the environment was absolutely beautiful. Communication was top tier (5 minutes or less to respond) and they went above and beyond to accommodate our groups needs. Would highly recommend Arkah for your next stay!

Great house. Lovely pool. The welcome basket was a fabulous touch. Perfect stay minus the master br fan didn’t work and im a warm sleeper- so had to adjust the a/c cooler than I would have liked

This house was just want I wanted! Great for groups of people who want to commune but still have their privacy. We were able to fit 16 people comfortably. It’s a beautiful house with a great pool. The pool was used often. One thing to note is that the street the house is on is unpaved so driving on the street can be bumpy. 10/10 would still recommend for a group

The home was so lovely and unique. Very interesting design with loads of space and comfort for everyone. There was amazing ventilation across all of the huge windows. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The common area was very spacious and nicely decorated, a pleasure to cook and hang out in. the outdoor space was very nice with a picnic table and a perfect sized splash pool. We were a family of four with two little daughters. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed swimming and splashing in the pool all night and it was a lovely way for everyone to cool off before bed. The property really truly is deep in the jungle. so if that is the experience you were looking for, you will not be disappointed. However, if you were hoping to walk to some shops or restaurants that will be out of the question. The road to the property is incredibly rough and slow going, but not a deterrent. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Très bel endroit dans la jungle ! Calme et paisible, nous sommes allés pendant des jours de pluie alors nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter pleinement de la magnifique terrasse! Un autre fois peut-être ! L'endroit est isolé avec beaucoup de chants d'oiseaux et autres bruits dans la jungle, un environnement très naturel. La maison est décorée avec goût, vous aurez l'occasion d'admirer les magnifiques tableaux du propropriétaire ! Beaucoup de restaurants et activités à proximité. Svp les gens, soyez conscients de ce que vous louer avant de louer....j'ai vu des commentaires déplaisants sur l'humidité ou encore les bestioles, cela me peine. Bien sûr qu'il y a des bestioles ou de l'humidité, c'est la jungle !!! C'est hors du contrôle des propropriétaires, comprenez-le ! Appréciez plutôt d'avoir accès à cet environnement totalement naturel et profitez de l'abondance de la nature 🥰, si vous aimez la nature vous serez comblés. Merci de partager votre coin de paradis !

The stay was magical i want to thank jardar for everything it was perfect everyone had a great time and he tended to all of ours needs would highly recommend to anyone it was peaceful and there was so much to do around us everyone he sent us to was friendly we had a blast and would love to go back EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

We had a wonderful stay at PalAlma. The house was clean, spacious, and well-furnished—perfect for our group of five. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and everything we needed. Nancy was an excellent host—attentive and responsive—which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Best place I have stayed in Tulum! Ever since our arrival the communication was great, super nice place, everyone very polite and friendly, any recommendations you inquire about they are super fast to respond to, long story short, everything was just excellent, thank you so much 😊

Tolle Unterkunft zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Sowohl Zimmer, als auch Anlage war sehr gepflegt und stilvoll. Angrenzendes Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. 10/10! ✨

Had a great stay at Mereh's place! The grounds and pool area were lovely. It is in a bit of a quiet area so transportation is necessary. We were fine riding bikes into town and the beach area. There is a new road (not far from the condo) from Aldea Zama to the beach which was great for riding the bikes as there was no traffic at all. The communication from Mereh was great and he was very helpful with recommendations.

Great place, interesting neighborhood, nice places to walk. Advise car to get to beach. Roof deck and pool was highlight. Great place for remote work.

Die Anlage ist ein tropisches Paradies. Wir genossen den bezaubernden Garten sehr und freuten uns an der sympathischen Präsenz von Kätzchen Frida. Wir fühlten uns sehr zu Hause. Danke!

This was our 2nd time staying at Aldea Xaan Ha and it went above our expectations once again. Such a peaceful and charming accommodation that my husband and I truly appreciated away from the bustle of the main strip. The addition of the cafe was wonderful and we took advantage of the free breakfast most mornings of our stay. Delicious & healthy options, great coffee and very sweet staff. We also love just lounging poolside when we're taking a break from adventuring. We will definitely be back!

muy bonito el lugar, tal cual en las fotos. el único "problema" es un poco la zona, pero nada que no haga excelente la estadía en el lugar. hay cosas que hacer cerca y la zona es muy segura.

The location is outstanding. Private and breathtaking views. Your steps away from the ocean and awake to the sound of waves and birds. A rooster does make a bit too much noise at all hours. You can hear the outdoors very well and is overall gratifying. The place could use a few small things to help the older people like us get up the stairs at both entries, a railing to make the first high step and keep your footing as both stairs are crooked and not spaced evenly. The step out of the bathrooms is also an ankle twister in the night. We had a very restfull stay and i would love to return again. The area is worth doing some exploring as it has special things you may not get to see again. We done a 3 hour boat tour and saw dolphins and several birds on one island. It was very windy when we were there so the water on the ocean side was stirred and cloudy but we also had no issues with bugs because of wind. We greatly enjoyed the dock on the eco side of the property.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

The place is absolutely stunning. You can completely unwind. Just sitting in the hammock and staring into the jungle was magical. All amenities were great in the kitchen, nice hot showers, and beautiful pool! The only thing was despite it appearing to have full bars of wifi we were unable to open a single page of the internet. This is a perk if you want to be analog, just plan your outtings when out in the town centre, and download movies (if you want that), when you can connect to a cafe wifi/cell data. But it was a tad frustrating the first night not being able to research what was around.
