Family friendly to the MAX! Incredible hosts! We enjoyed the most magical new year's party with like-minded family travelers--complete with a polar bear plunge and balloon fortunes or dares. The children enjoyed the whimsy camp playground and tromping through the jungle--discovering iguanas, monkeys and spider hunting. How much better could it get than having a practically private pool with baby iguanas perched atop, tropical birds singing whilst enjoying breakfast? Recs were spot on! We used the camp's snorkel masks (new kind) for Akumal Bay, avoiding the turtle corral. Buy/bring water shoes. Loved Cristalino Cenote--perfect jumping platform, small cave, mangrove to swim through and pedicure fish (just north of camp), Coba ruins w/monkey sitings galore (1 hr away, rent bikes or a pedi cab to get around the vast grounds), Xcacel Beach (just south of camp, turtle nesting sanctuary, small parking fee protects the area), buy Xplore park tix in advance for a full, wild adventure day!

We enjoyed staying here! The room has a nice view of the quiet neighborhood. It is very close to a supermarket and lots of delicious street food options. We really enjoyed access to the bikes. While they are not the newest bikes, just having access to them the whole time we were there gave us the ability to explore all that Tulum had to offer whenever we wanted to! (...and we saved lots of money on transportation) The room was small, but clean and had a balcony where you could sit outside if you would like! I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here if we come back to Tulum!

Great location in the heart of downtown and easy access to everywhere. Jessie is super nice and always happy to assist.

Lugar tranquilo alejado del bullicio de Tulum. En la zona de la alberca privada falta más iluminación, es el único detalle. Fuera de eso, excelente cama, el baño muy limpio, hay aire acondicionado que ayuda ahora que empieza el calor en Marzo. Si se va en auto afuera de las instalaciones hay donde dejarlo, se ve que es muy seguro.

We were so grateful for our stay at Suites Tulum! The busy and pricey Tulum Beach scene was not really our vibe, and it was wonderful to have a quiet, affordable and comfortable place to retreat to! The rooftop view was spectacular. Dani was an exceptional host, and incredibly helpful and responsive.

Lucy's place is amazing. It is very cosy with a lot of attention to detail. It provides everything you need. The area is a calm and friendly neighbourhood. A supermarket is just around the corner. Although the apartment is not directly in the center of Tulum it is very easy to get to the center. Either by bike (10 minutes) or by taxi (price $30-50/ride). Lucy provided us with a lot of personal recommendations which were all really helpful. We can totally recommend Lucy and her lovely apartment.

This is a really cute little studio apartment with a lovely garden and pool. A real oasis in Tulum which can be pretty hectic and noisy. If you like quiet like me, be sure to check on construction as it's going on all over the place. For basics like AC, working kitchen, nice shower, this checks off all the boxes. There was what I needed for cooking and a supermarket is very close by. Mark, who manages the property, was really nice and checked in often to make sure everything was good. I'll definitely look to stay here next time I am in Tulum.
