The place is very comfortable and spacious, just as displayed in the photos, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The staff is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time at Alejandro's place.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2.5 weeks and would definitely come back. There’s room for your scooter to be behind a gate, the balcony and roof are great, inside is clean and simple with plenty to cook with in the kitchen. Also had the option of cleaners and fresh towels/sheets weekly. The neighbors dog gets a little annoying, but all in all great stay.

The place was nice and clean, it's located in kinda closed area of villas, 24/7 security. The entry to the lagoon is a very nice add-on! It's a bit far from the centre of Akumal, so unless you have your own car you'll have to use taxis to get around or walk a few kms. (Taxis to Akumal beach/village can be 250-400 pesos). There are few restaurants reachable by 5-10 mins walking. One downside was communication with the host, they rarely responded on time and it felt like talking to a chatbot.

Très jolie chambre avec belle terrasse, eau chaude !! Tout est en béton ciré très très bien décoré très agréable ! Et WiFi au top, nous recomendons vivement !

The location is awesome! There are plenty of great bars, restaurants, and even taco trucks nearby. It’s a safe and quiet area, just a couple of blocks from the main street.

Pros: An excellent, affordable place to stay with great walking distance access to several restaurants, convenience stores, banks, etc. The unit itself was very clean and absolutely beautiful, with plenty of well stocked amenities! Alicia was also very responsive to our questions and super helpful with recommendations/transportation. We traveled as a group of girls and felt very safe the whole time in this neighborhood. Cons: The rooftop pool is still water/looks like it may not have been cleaned recently, but this may not be any fault of the host. Also had a few wifi/power issues but Alicia was helpful in trying to resolve them. Would overall 100% recommend staying here if visiting Tulum :)

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Espectacular! La propiedad de Erik fue exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Cómodo, limpio, relajante. La casa queda dentro de un complejo privado de casas con varios vecinos que viven allí. Todos muy amables y respetuosos. Las facilidades todas perfectamente como descrito en Airbnb y aún más con recomendaciones de actividades y restaurantes locales para visitar. El llegar requiere un vehículo ya que queda un poco a distancia del pueblo, pero aún así muy accesible. Definitivamente regresaría en el futuro!

I really enjoyed my stay! We had a group of 6, and the size was perfect. The host made it very easy to get taxi’s and was very responsive. The only downfall was location (which was my fault)! It is close proximity if you have a car/taxi, but felt it was a little out of the way from the beach and wasn’t a super walkable area! If you are looking for a super relaxing stay, I’d highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Très bel endroit dans la jungle ! Calme et paisible, nous sommes allés pendant des jours de pluie alors nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter pleinement de la magnifique terrasse! Un autre fois peut-être ! L'endroit est isolé avec beaucoup de chants d'oiseaux et autres bruits dans la jungle, un environnement très naturel. La maison est décorée avec goût, vous aurez l'occasion d'admirer les magnifiques tableaux du propropriétaire ! Beaucoup de restaurants et activités à proximité. Svp les gens, soyez conscients de ce que vous louer avant de louer....j'ai vu des commentaires déplaisants sur l'humidité ou encore les bestioles, cela me peine. Bien sûr qu'il y a des bestioles ou de l'humidité, c'est la jungle !!! C'est hors du contrôle des propropriétaires, comprenez-le ! Appréciez plutôt d'avoir accès à cet environnement totalement naturel et profitez de l'abondance de la nature 🥰, si vous aimez la nature vous serez comblés. Merci de partager votre coin de paradis !

Nahouse is a 10/10. It’s a clean, beautiful, quiet, peaceful place at a very affordable price. Wifi is a legit, consistent 50 mbps for anyone looking to work remote. Router is sitting right next to the desk its perfect. All the details are super well thought out: They have clean water from a separate faucet which is so so convenient, outlets are all over the place wherever you need them, they clean the pool every morning so it’s pristine, their service guys are there 2 seconds after you text them, A/C works great, water pressure is bomb. My girlfriend and I feel very lucky. Im tempted to go back for a month and live there working remote.

Great place that fit all of my needs. I wasn't traveling with a pet but the fenced in yard would be ideal if you are. Speaking of pets there is a one-eyed orange cat near the home that could use the occasional hand-out if you spot her.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Beautiful ocean view! Wake up to the sunrise, waves crashing in on the rocks, it’s stunning. The condo has beautiful tile decor, comfortable beds and kitchen is well-equipped, drinking water supplied. Amazing place! (Wifi is not good if that’s important). When we arrived, the power was out. JP greeted us and the team kindly helped us with our bags, apologizing for the inconvenience. They got the fridge working but we did not have use of power for approx 24 hours which made the beginning of our stay tricky. *We did not ask for nor receive any compensation for the inconvenience.* Our kids loved the pool. Although it was the middle of the day we received some odd looks and comments about how loud our kids were from other residents. We did not find free beach access near the Airbnb, just rocky areas and private property. We had beach and pool access at nearby restaurant/bar La Buena Vida which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed Lol•Ha Snack Bar and free beach access at Akumal Bay.

miejsca bylo ok, czysto , spokojnie. wymaga jednak aura by distance sie na place pub do miasta. parking pod domeme. bylismy zadowoleni z pobytu. jedyna rzecz jaka nie dzialala to pralka.

Wow, what a stay! I’ve been vacationing in Akumal for over 15 years and this might be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in while there. The location within Half Moon Bay is incredible, the on-site staff are so lovely, and the apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. Mandy was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay, we’d go again in a heartbeat!

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

Zeker aan te raden! Heel mooi verblijf. Hou er rekening mee dat je hier geen bereik hebt. De wegen zijn erg hobbelig en er is geen Uber. Ik raad aan om scooters of fietsen te huren als je geen auto hebt (indien niet beschikbaar door accomodatie). Eens je de regio wat kent, is het super leuk!

this house it's a paradise. Margot is a super responsible person our stay was awesome with this apartment. I will go back for sure another time
