Tulum Municipality : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We truly enjoyed the two villas for our week stay at Tulum. We couldn't of had a more convenient location. The major markets were minutes away along with the beaches and downtown. I appreciated the recommendations that Jadar sent us during our stay. My entire family had plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and cooking. We also took advantage of washing since we had traveled from another stay in Mexico. I also appreciated the water jugs that were there and a few cold drinks in the fridge. The air conditioned homes were great to return to after a tiring day out and about. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kristian's place to our family and friends and would return again ourselves.

The home is absolutely beautiful! The woodwork, lighting, ambiance, the plunge pool (adorable), and the bedrooms were spectacularly well-decorated. Dana (the manager) and Marie (the owner), went above and beyond in order to help with my accommodations, and any needs during my stay. The property is extremely safe and when I even became sick late at night there was medical doctor that drove to the property to help me (obviously, an additional charge, but when its late at night and you don’t know your way around it was very convenient). There are golf carts that come by on a regular basis to take you to the different resorts if needed. My only recommendations would be to have a rental car because taxis are very expensive in this area and currently there is no UBER/LYFT/Rappi or food delivery services to this area. Other great and under-advertised areas to lounge and eat good food are Kay Club (Other side of Bahia Principe). A warm and loving thanks to Marie and Dana for everything!

Todo excelente. El ph es muy cómodo. Todos los ambientes son grandes. Estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo que necesitamos. Me encanto el lavarropas en el primer piso con un se arropas buenísimo ( clave en zona húmeda como tulum). Muy silencioso. Es a una cuadra de los restaurants de la veleta. A una cuadra linda (aclaro porque en esta zona hay mucha mezcla). Lo único no muy bueno es la ducha. Que no tiene presion.

In a really awesome part of Tulum.. whole complex is safe and monitored 24/7. Pool space was really awesome to hangout, everything super clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

Ron’s place is a true gem in Tulum! Felt just like home, it was perfectly decorated and had everything you could possibly imagine! We absolutely loved it and wish we could come back again.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Tulum. It's a quick walk or bike ride from town and is quiet and private plus has a lovely pool when you want to cool off after a day's outings. Easy to bike to the beach or hail a taxi on the main road. 2 ceynotes are also an easy bike ride away. The house has everything you need to be comfortable: A/C, fans, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Stay here if you don't want to deal with the high prices and noise staying on the beach!

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Amazing house in a residency with a couple other houses. The house is just perfect, equipment perfect as well and the beds are very good. I recommend.

I recently stayed at this beautiful home for a much-needed girls' mental break vacation. It had inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was impressive as well, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation, rejuvenation. Would recommend this place.😎

Une maison magnifique dans un Condo à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville. La décoration est magnifique avec un côté ésotérique qui renforce l’expérience Tulum.. À réserver sans hésitation.

So I wanted to take the time to thank you for all you help while we here in Tulúm. We did try the following recommendations Los Aguachiles - We had dinner here the first night, the food was good and the Fresca were the best. We tried Onyx, this place amazing the food the drinks and the prices all amazing. We went to Cenote de Tortuga we made a deal with local to get tickets to Tulum Ruins and also Cenotes de Parque Yax-Muul . We recommend getting a tour guide for the ruins and the 2 cenotes where amazing more then we could have expected. We went to Playa Del Carmen to Playa Punta Esmeralda this was great we go to see a tortuga come on beach to lay eggs. We did travel to Javier Rio Gómez also very beautiful.

Belíssima surpresa a hospedagem no imóvel da Sandy! A casa é linda, com dois bons quartos, cozinha completa e todos os demais itens residenciais a disposição, entre outros atrativos. Eletrodomésticos modernos e em perfeito estado. Residência muito aconchegante e tranquila. O imóvel fica dentro do condomínio TAO que, por sua vez, está inserido num Country Club e ambos, são impecáveis. Muita área verde, campo de golf, piscinas e demais comodidades. Toda a recepção foi muito educada, do início ao fim da estadia. Destaque também para o admistrador Darren que foi sempre solícito e presente. Na região existem diversas praias maravilhosas e a localização é perfeita (entre Tulum e Playa Del Carmen). Realmente, vale a estadia! Obrigado Sandy, pela acolhida e todos os cuidados para nos receber!!

Etwas außerhalb von Tulum in einer gepflegten und sehr ruhigen Anlage gelegen. Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr gute Betten. Warmwasser in der Dusche. Gut ausgestatette Küche mit großem Backofen.

Ron was an amazing host and the place was awesome! would recommend. It's right near the main road which is perfect for taxis and getting to and from Zamna and other events

AMAZING!!! That is the best way to describe this beautiful jungle house! Where do I even begin? The home itself has an amazing layout, extremely spacious, super clean, and well stocked with the basic necessities you need. The location was also perfect as it was in walking distance to the Ruins, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bakery's, coffee shops and so much more. The beach is just a short seven minutes or so drive away or a short, easy bike ride away. As for the host, Adrienne, she was outstanding. Her communication was great and her suggestions on the area were perfect. If you stay at this gem of an oasis, don't be shy to ask her for suggestions or information and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and I can't forget about the community pool - i honestly felt like it was my own personal pool because no one was ever there. It was steps outside the home in a beautiful, mostly shaded area. If you are looking for a great experience at a great value, don't miss out on Adrienne's beautiful home!

Le logement est sérieusement incroyable toute est magnifique exactement comme sur les photos. Par contre si vous avez peur des insectes n’y allez pas. Nous avions un petit scorpion et une tarantula.. l’appartement est plutôt loin du centre ville et les déplacements sont coûteux! Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité et les piscines étaient très propre!

Everything has been perfect. The house is beautiful and clean, surrounded by trees and calm. Jorge and Veronica are super hosts. We’ll come back for sure !

We felt right at home & spend the most beautiful 5 days at Casa Selva. There were restaurants and little shops 10-15 walking minutes away. It’s a very peaceful and chill place to stay - perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Worth it! Can’t wait to come back, we will definitely be staying here wherever in Tulum!!

La casa se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, te sientes realmente en casa, la piscina de la Aldea se encuentra justo frente a la casa lo cual es perfecto y conveniente. Teníamos cobijas, internet, y todo muy ameno, acceso sin problemas y rápido check in. Gran lugar para volver.
